You may want to edit this video. At around the 3:45 mark you discuss outliers on carnivore, I think you were referring to those who eat only muscle meat and thrive, but you actually say those who eat only organ meat and thrive. Am I wrong?

01) min 40g of protein per meal per day (cronometer) (beef, red meat, lamb, eggs with the yolk, cold fat fatty fish, the smaller the better, sardines, makreles, salmon, poultry and pork) 02) eat organ meat 03) increase your electrolytes and minerals 04) pair carnivore diet with intermitted fasting (18/6: 12pm-6pm eating window) + once a week 24h fast, only water and electrolytes 4.1) carnivore flexing: once every 60 days 100g of healthy carbs, lower fat and no fasting 05)

Been doing carnivore loosely for about three months! Love it! Trying to give up coffee with cream in the morning right now. Caffeine is hard to break. Other than that,I feel great!!❤

Coffee is good for you given your urate will increase as you enter the diet, I drink all mine in the morning, never after noon and I will sleep like a log.

@thomasowens5824 Yeah, I could probably keep coffee,just give up the heavy cream maybe. I still eat some dairy. Cheese and heavy cream. Thinking of giving it up though because I feel like I crave more after eating the cheese because there is still some sugar in there. Also evidently a very addictive chemical in cheese that causes you to want it more.

My mom was never keen on Oatmeal, my dad on the other hand enjoyed his oatmeal. I have never felt good after I ate oatmeal and my daughter also stays clear of oatmeal at all cost. Thank you for this information.

I don't eat enough protein overall during the day. I have a meal consisting of 2 quarter pound beef patties plus 4 eggs daily and that means I am not hungry for the rest of the day. I should have another meal but I just don't feel like eating more.

I was skeptical but this is absolutely true (if you don't have any weird genetics or disease that prevent such a fast fat loss). I have been on the carnivore diet (level 4/ keto) with a restricted eating window for 2 months now and get my calories from protein(20-25%), fat (60-65%), carbs (15% on avg) but carbs from veggies like brussel sprouts, broccoli or salads (raw unpasteurized honey, chocolate, raspberries, romaine lettuce with broccoli shoots + eggs sardines or tuna in the salads) and I lost 6 kg (3 kg/month) or about 10.5 lbs. The eating window is supposed to be between 8 am and 2 pm, but since I can never wake up before 11 am, I end up eating all my food for the day around 2 or 3 PM , then it's green tea and sleep until the next day before eating again around 2 pm or so. Trying to get to bed earlier to start the window a 8 am instead. Perhaps that will increase the fat loss speed? Exercise is walking 10K steps everyday, moderate pace, plus 40 to120 pushups daily. And that's it.

My husband got massive quantities of large kidney stones requiring 4 surgeries now and going back to decide what to do about the new batch. The diet they gave him was basically the carnivore diet... but NO sardines or liver. They are very high in oxalates.

This is how I eat liver since I’m a kid: Beat some eggs in a bowl, dip the liver in the eggs. Roll in panko or flour (use pork panko to stay carnivore) Heat a frying pan and add butter, put the coated liver in the pan, add salt,onion powder and pepper. Cook well done and crispy on both sides. You can also fry onions at the same time. Enjoy!

40 grams of protein at each meal seems like a lot! A 1.22 lbs ribeye has 18 grams of protein. I can't eat 2 ribeyes plus at each meal 😮

Where are you getting your meat from? Those cows would be practically transparent at that amount of protein.

@@KetoKamp 6oz = 170g, but ribeye is about 20g protein /100g, that would be only 34g then. According to carniores if I want to eat to be 180 pounds then I should be eating around 180g of protein a day, so that would turn out to be 900g of ribeye a day. BTW I see that there are various protein levels depending on which site you go to, I saw from 16g/100g to 28g/100g.
