I like to PvP, and PvE on ARK Ascended. Usually wearing an Exo Suit nowadays. Unlocking it is easy with no cheats needed anymore, and usually on a server, official or unofficial, sometimes for 100 days. Single Player is great though, certainly with a guide for any platform be it switch, xbox, ps4, ps5, pc, steam, epic, it's great. Sometimes play MTS, and usually post patch/update. But a survival game needs some community news and that's what I do, giving you the latest on events, small tribes, usually covering all maps from Island to Fjordur. And one day. ARK 2!

Underwater crystals: The cords 69/96.3 is out of bounds, and I didn't manage to find the exact location shown. I did however find a huge amount inside a sort of stone arch at 68.3/88.3, and a small amount at 68.6/81. It seems there's a few nodes in that general area, kind of semi-hidden around the edges of the sea floor and up on the cliff sides. Edit: Silica pearls are absolutely abundant in the underworld lake. I was confused why it wasn't mentioned, but I can confirm there's plenty, and very little hostile creatures. Great place to bring your anglerfish.

this is for more advanced tribes but if you have a dunkleo you can go to the very bottom of teh ocean on the East side adn theres a TON of metal down there. but beware you'll need scuba for it and possibly defense against plesiosaurs

Gathering oil is really scary with the new Xiphactinus out there. They grabbed me off my frog and ripped me to pieces multiple times lol.

Maybe tame a few basilosaurs, it can be a bit difficult, but they spawn a fair bit in the shallows north of blue island, along the shore of the mainland. You should be able to kite the mantas away from the basilo, or even tame a quick ichty to carry you about. Depending on your taming rate, you may want kibble, but raw prime meat worked just fine for me to tame two 140-145s as a mate pair. If you get the mate pair and have fast age rates you could breed plenty to farm oil.

You can also find ton of metal in the south-east part of the ocean, all the way to the bottom. With a Dunkleosteus I can make approximatively 300K of metal, 150k ingots per run, it takes 15 to 30min more or less to complete. There is a whole tutorial about this place on KZbin aswell

With a stack or weight mod yes. Without that it becomes a logistical challenge. My dunks have 50 base weight + 40 levels pumped into weight, and they can carry about 9k metal each before getting weighed down significantly. I use 5 dunks to bring home ~45k raw metal total per run.
