I see the sweatshops of Sikastan have finally produced garnments deemed worthy by our glorious leaders to wear!

The editing work really shines through in these more technical videos, love to see it!

Really interesting video as usual guys. Coming in I thought it was going to be about the development of S&C in rugby over time, i.e. the changes that came with professionalisation, etc. Would love to see hear your thoughts on that as a fan of the game, also loving the podcast lately, keep it up!

Thanks! Yeah we must do some video or podcast work on the late 90's into the early 2000's and the changes that came in. Even a look at the changes in the last 10 years would be interesting.

Even if you dont take gear, if you follow a well planned program you will see results. PEDs dont always work for everyone but solid and custom programming will.

Really interesting, is this the same for armatures?

Sorry Daire, but I agree more with the arguments Eoin made in this video.

Lol pocock is the number one saucefiend in rugby. Still a goat. Still changed everything for backrow players

I'm not naive enough to think there aren't joocy rugby players, but I can definitely see Pocock being natural. He is just a unit and he is still the same size now years after retirement

@@slothbin lol look at him as a teenager and look at tuilagi as a teenager. Pocock is now bigger and leaner. That is not physically possible
@slothbin3 жыл бұрын
@@Tom-vu1wr getting bigger and leaner is not physically possible? Are people supposed to always stay the same size their whole life? He was still solid as a teenager anyway and the amount of size he put on after that is normal for someone who would go on to be a professional rugby player. Rugby players are just built differently than a normal person. Also which Tuilagi, there's like 6 of them?

@@slothbin lmao Manu. Manu was a monster as a teen whereas pocock was a normal skinny teen and yet pocock became bigger and leaner. Not possible

Do you turn a blind eye to us of PEDs or are they built into the programme? We know how prevalent they are but I'm curious to what degree it is orchestrated?
