it all depends on the Poles definitely not a blanket statement - Small Pinion Big Spur for 2 pole / Big Pinion, Small Spur for 4 pole High KV... 🏁🤙🏽💯

I have a dr10 with a v10 4.5t motor with a 81t 48p spur with 24t pionon and I feel that it's the best set up that you can have or at least in my opinion

Setup "correctly" and used "correctly", it's possible. There are never simple answers for Q's like that though. Far to many variables.

We usually recommend starting around 5.5 - 6.5 turn motors. Most of the "serious" racer groups are running lower turns than that. ;)

There are always things in the works, but the current setup is usable. High RPM ranges are similar to using Turbo.
