BS system that doesn't keep real tabs on how you make positive change in your life. Once you get a record for crimes, you should be able to add a record of good deeds, not forced but able to add info about a positive change in an ex-criminal's life. Otherwise all you have is a bad name and rep for the rest of your life. This should be the system, not forced for privacy reasons but one should be able to add to the "good deed record" by documentation, signatures, etc
