Do you know that 4 of the show's 5 producer's/creators are active, temple worthy LDS/Mormons!!! Do yo know that angel studios where the show is mostly filmed and produced is owned by active Mormons. Some of the location's are W/I 100 miles of Provo Utah, and actually owned by the Mormon Church. Jenkins has said that Christians and Mormons worship the same Jesus!!!!! The Mormon Jesus is a created being who is the spirit brother of Lucifer!!! This series is not biblical or Christian!!!! Beware!!!;;

Enjoyed this talk with Dallas Jenkins. I have been affiliated with many different denominations in my life time. I have studied much online about other spiritual points of view. I know, believe and love the scriptures and believe in the body of Christ everywhere regardless of the name on the building. The only name that counts is that of the son of God anyway. I am in love with this series of the Chosen. I praise the Lord for bringing this awesome scripture to life through the writing, acting and fellowship of the characters given life through the spirit that leads you. This is like a horn. I pray all who have ears, hear.

By showing the details from peoples lives you show the huge Love of Jesus, and that makes people being touched so deeply. And that's why I'm shure that God is behind everything and waiting for all those who will come to Him, the One who loves them like no man ever could. They feel, deeply inside, so abandoned and lonely! May the actor Jonathan always be able to leave all the Glory to Christ as he does it so wonderfully until now 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Brother Jenkins, what a great interview ❤!! 👏 I am LDS and believe you have the blessings of God with your wonderful endeavor. You have given folks within many denominations a relatable Jesus that we can support. You've filled in with some likely "back story" and character developments, also your honoring and veneration of women and so forth... that makes me CHEER 😂. I am a most ardent fan and follower of these episodes. I watch and RE-watch them. I've shed tears when the Spirit witnesses to me the Truthfulness and Divinity of the subjects and nuances you delve into. Bless you for seeking these talented actors and scholars. It's obvious God has assisted you in many 'behind the scenes" developments. This is a lovely interview btw. Thank you for sharing your sweet testimonies and your faith to let God direct you and provide the 98% as you stated. * As a side note... I'm a bit anxious. I'm glad you are busily filming on a faster schedule and not an 8+ year trajectory. The Son of God is at the door. We have so little time left. This is my own timeline or opinion, and nothing that's taught exclusively from our pulpit, but Please consider in your prayers to ask for His will and His assistance in your work schedules so more seasons can be produced, that more hearts can be turned... Yes, to the story, but also the Mission & Divinity of Christ and our need to solidify our relationship with Him as our Savior and Redeemer. Time is short. So many hearts still need to be won. Thank you. 🎉

Would Jesus say to me "Follow Me" ? YES, YES --- Mary is not to be worshipped, only Jesus saves and heals. I was raised a Catholic, got confirmed---now I consider myself a child of God, married a Pastor, serve God in Mexico. Great evangelism tool. God gives us all a gift to use for His glory. Enjoyed praying the Divine Mercy Chaplet with you from your parish in LA. It reminded me slightly of the Divine Mercy Chapel in Stockbridge, MA. I was wondering if you have ever visited the Marian Shrine since you are from NY originally? Another beautiful Church I always loved visiting is Bishop Sheen’s former parish, St. Agnes. I have been to several Traditional Latin Masses there and it’s the closest thing to heaven on this earth. I hope one day you can absorb the Traditional Mass and the beautiful Latin hymns that are centuries old. I thank God for the gifts He has bestowed on you in your acting career and so much good you and your fellow actors have done in bring back Our Lord to the forefront of conscience. Continued success and prayers.

I Love The Chosen. I love the Christ you present--one who is so personable and human. It makes me sad when people are critical of your show. I love your relationship with your Savior and how he has directed your life. One thing I have learned-we can all learn and grow from anyone's religious beliefs--Catholic, Jew, Muslim, nondenominational, atheist. The last three years what I have learned most is Christ is LOVE. That is his message. LOVE. So, if I am truly a follower of Christ I just need to LOVE-that is the Saviour you have developed. The Prophet-Russel M Nelson, has taught the LDS community--develop personal revelation. If I disagree with anything from The Chosen--I can pray about what is truth and develop my own relationship with the Savior in my own way, and allow you the same. I Love the chosen and appreciate your message!!

@@cardall Let me quick add that the podcast is aimed at bringing awareness to what's happening in these END Times. How these events are not really-everything falling apart, but instead, falling into place. Bible verses more than pepper the recording and since we've known each other for decades our efforts are to bring excitement and a 'looking up, looking forward' time together. I thought that might be important information to have regarding some total strangers idea of 'ministry'. Lol

Catholics do not worship Mary at all, we honor her YES! to God request. We Worship, the Holy Trinity, Father Son and Holy Spirit. The Ave Maria are words said to Mary by the Angel sent by Father, by Elizabeth filled by the Holy Spirit; in the second part is just a request to Mary as she did on the wedding in Canaan. She was left to human kind by Jesus himself, at the cross, Woman, behold, thy son! Behold, thy mother! Blessings, let us keep on with this journey on these difficult times with prayer, fasting and sacrifice.

The very sad fact about lot Christian denominations is they are no different than the Pharisees and Sadducees, have forgotten about Grace.

Agree. I would add arrogance and totally lacking in wisdom and discernment.

Today's "Lepers": Can you say, Covid?.....6 ft. Apart....Non Poked?! (Or not associating with "Poked"... either way, the main point is not choosing to associate with each other because "authorities" say so.) Let's remember to Love one another, regardless of status. Let's Love them because they are a Child of God. ❤️ 👨🏿👩🏾👧🏽👦🏻👶🏼👴👵 Awesome Show, Awesome Director, Awesome Crew, Awesome Actors and Actresses, AWESOME GOD! 👏😁 Thank you Father and Jesus for this show! ❤️😊🕊️✝️🔯

When you mentioned again, "it's not your job to feed the 5000. It's only your job to bring loves and fishes.", I thought about applying this to the times when I have volunteered for a Church Service assignment. I don't have to worry that the end result is perfect. I just need to do my small part of participating or doing my best to serve those I have stewardship over (Ministering). God will help the Miracle come together. 😊❤️🕊️

I was appalled over the awful criticism of the program and of the actors that may not be or might be Christians and definitely not perfect. These actors go through a lot of hard work to make this possible. Who cares if they are Christian, Catholic, Muslim, Mormon, etc. Maybe God brought them to the set to be influenced/taught by the Word(Jesus). I am sure that Holy Spirit is strongly moving in their midst. There are true Christians in every denomination. Just because an actor is Catholic, doesn't mean he's got it all wrong. Who am I/ Who are you to judge them. Please just pray for them and don't be their judge. I plead the Blood of Jesus over all of those who are affiliated with production or who are actor for the production.

I thought Season one was the most masterful portrayal of the gospel I’d ever seen. By Season two I thought there were ridiculous elements and by Season three I thought it was a new gospel according to Dallas Jenkins.

The international association of people, supported by the World Health Organisation have asked that the word leper not be used, but rather a person with leprosy. We don't define most people by what they are affected by.

Terry Vasey - a fair point! - but when you are portraying life in a particular period of history, you want authenticity. You do not want a wristwatch on a 16th century soldier, a modern lift in a castle... or language politically correct according to 21st c. standards in 1st c. Judea. So in the show itself it must be "a leper", maybe when we talk about the show, the language could reflect more our way of looking at people with health/ability problems now.

@@kbeetles Thank you for taming the trouble to reply. I was in the meeting when the decision was taken to stop using the word leper, and the reaction of those affected was incredibly moving. Although I had worked in the field for many years, I didn't realise the depth of feeling although I had not used the term myself for some years.
