It's Easy to choose Doggystyle. The Chronic only has 9 tracs# that are good, really 7 because 2 are skits. When Chronic was on tape, people only listen to 1 side and rewind because Lil Ghetto Boy is the last good song on there. Doggystyle can be played with very minimal skipping

It's The Chronic. It is very close and technically Doggystyle had more hits. But think back to the first time you heard Snoop on G Thang... then listen to the tracks in order. We had never heard anything like Snoop on that before. We were ready by the time Doggystyle came out.

Love both, but edge goes to Chronic. It simultaneously ended NWA and put post-NWA west coast on the map. Introduced the larger public to Snoop, DPG, RBX, Rage, Warren G, etc. Without the Chronic, I think the west coast would have languished instead of becoming hip hop's epicenter from 1992 to 1994 and arguably beyond.
