The question, as always, how to make her in D&D? Aasimar for flight (reflavor the wings as mechanical...otherwise, go Human and ask the DM for a cloak that provides flight...either way, done...worst case...multiclass into a spellcaster with Fly), Beast Master Ranger for a flying pet, first ASI take the Magic Initiate Feat, pick up Find Familiar for the other flying pet. Just make sure to have put in good points in STR and proficiency in Athletics for Grappling, and DEX and proficiency in Stealth, for sneaking at night. And...by level 4...you have Kelly.
