I had a guy on a dating app actually say: "please reach out to me when you lower your standards" and I replied with a laugh, thinking it was a sarcastic joke comment and he's like "no, seriously". I just laughed more and said "how about instead you reach out when you level up".

Aww, that was kind of you to ask him to reach out.

Very good advice. I wish we'd collectively raise the standards of love and companionship back up. I encounter many men all the time looking to use me and get something from me they are not entitled to. It's worth remembering it's not a reflection on me, they start the interaction with that intent, irrespective of the woman. The prevalence of "bad" men does leave you feeling like you are the common denominator. But when you meet good men, you see how different it is.

My imaginary Daddy, you're freaking amazing.😂 With your pep talk You make me feel valued in the way I want to. So, I truly appreciate whatever you do, just because what you do gives me incredible moments of synchronicity & resonance, which are so unique in this Universe🙏🔥

This was my favourite video, I feel strongly that people need to 'back' themselves, we need to build confidence and work on ourselves as a life long project, not try and fix others. I loved everything you said in this video, honestly, the people in the comments that dont think your imaginary daughter is awesome need to take a walk- somewhere else. Thank you for all your wisdom xx

Thank you for this encouragement! I am 55 years old, my ex abandoned me 5 years ago for another woman and I finally feel ready to find someone to spend the rest of my life with… but at my age, it feels hopeless. I am prayerful that God has someone for me. 🙏🏼

Having been raised by a narcissistic mother who was always in competition with me, I was taught to believe I had no value, whatsoever. So when my then boyfriend told me I took myself too seriously (when I was considering ending the relationship for its lack of forward movement), I didn‘t run away as fast as my legs could carry me. Oh, about my legs: I was a tall, thin, pretty woman with a dress size of 4. On a day at the beach, he commented that my thighs were just a little bit too rounded. Unbelievable. Once again, I didn‘t leave him. Mommy Dearest thought me that no one would ever love me and that nobody wanted me, yet I never failed to attract men (most.y narcissistic types). Even now, decades later, I have no problem attracting men, but the young woman inside still hears her voice putting me down.

Brian, thank you from the depth of my being for this video & many others. As I replay this & memorize it & analyze the words, I believe it will change my life for the better. What a profound impact you are having in my life & likely countless others! I grew up without a dad, and what family I had was loving but also judge mental, critical, abusive, neglectful, ignorant of so many things. I wish you had been in my life when I was dating. I have a husband who is a good, but broken man, like so many. He settles for less in life due to his low self esteem. So have I. But, as long as I draw breath, there is time & room for improvement. Marching on! Thank you so very much for posting this nugget full of wisdom!

Ok.. its official.. I want Brian Nox to be my next husband... lol.. U have no idea the uncanny timing of this video. Its like it was God sent to me to hear.. right now. Thank u is an understatement. I so needed to hear this pep talk. Right now I feel like Mr. Brian Nox is the only good man out there.. lol.. I am hoping that perhaps there are at least 2 others out there like him as well. How many other ladies feel as I do?. If we could only clone this Mr. Brian Nox so we could get a kind and normal soul instead of all of these manipulative , time waster men out there.. the world would be a better place.
