Fantastic stuff Arthur! I always knew you were destined for great things - all the way back in high school! I hope this catches on in schools as well as the work place. Teachers really need to understand this when working with students- it can make or break a child.

this is a perfect explanation as to why our school systems are so terrible. There is only one kind of learning process that they teach and only those students who learn in that in way succeed. If we could find an efficient way to teach all the different processes, like maybe take a small test to see what learning process you belong to, and then put all those same processes in a classroom with a teacher that processes the way they do as well, our school system would improve greatly. And the experience of the students would improve greatly. I know his point was actually to better understand the way that others think and to trust them. But this is what i immediately thought of. Wonderful TED Talk!

Great talk & message Arthur. Acceptance is key and just being aware that there are genetic differences goes a long way.
