I was amazed as to how efficient these small antennas could actually be. Comment below if you have had experience with these antennas. Tell us of your likes or dislikes.

I have all three of them. The GMRS one works great and is still on my truck today. No issues whatsoever. I tried the regular Ham Compactenna first, and pulled in most of my local repeaters. It did work, but not as well as my whip. So, I bought the "Plus" version and didn't see much difference. So, now my truck has the Comet whip on it for Ham, and I left the GMRS Compactenna on it for GMRS. I know these antennas are finicky about placement, and I use the third brake light antenna mount, so I think that's the reason why I didn't get the best results possible. I recommend these antennas if you want low profile and have the ability to mount them on an area of your vehicle for optimal performance.

Great. I actually found that the LMR-1 worked better for my UHF Motorola radio that the 2M/440+, strange as it seems. So far, no complaints on my end.

Mine comes tomorrow. I like that the website and Dr. Jack seems a bit eccentric…which for some reason made me want to try it even more.

@@K4SRF How exciting! Thank you, Steve. Your video productions are excellent. And your vehicle, as also seen on your Lido LM 300D video looks Fantastic. People may think it is a 'to-be-respected' government vehicle, especially with the COMPACtennas. :-) Also, I read your QRZ page and am with appreciation very impressed by what you have accomplished in life.

Try DX Engineering. Also, there are other outlets. You can find those links on the Compactenna site itself.
