In addition, I would say that when the owner/manager of a property comes out swinging like this in response to debunkers, it makes me very suspicious about their property's supposed "haunted" nature overall. Anyone with a truly haunted property - as well as any legitimate paranormal investigators - should welcome polite, logic-based debunkers with open arms. The paranormal isn't a religion. It's not something people should just take on faith. If it's real, we can look for ways to prove it. If it's not, we should absolutely look for ways to prove that as well. Investigating and debunking should go hand in hand. Always. The one thing I would rephrase from your video was the part near the beginning when you said that according to science, ghosts aren't real. I don't think that's accurate. Instead, I would say that according to science, the existence of ghosts has yet to be proven. And there's nothing wrong with that. Applying the scientific method to paranormal research isn't wrong. It isn't offensive. One last thought- There are two major types of fraud. There's criminal fraud, when theft is involved, and there's civil fraud, when deception or intentional misrepresentation is involved. So!? Two things. First, one of the people to debunk CAS was the ten year old son of another investigator. That means this statement is also attacking a ten year old child. Second. According to the Perron family they had masses of various paranormal incidents during their ten years in that house. Attacks on people, danage to property, apparitions, a possession etc. However, all any investigator, even the ones debunkers believe to be legit, get is some banging, scratching, evps, stuff like that. Nothing even REMOTELY close to what the Perrons alleged is there. Why is that? The second point can be asked at virtually any haunted location. Witness tell amazing stories of activity but an investigation just gets knocks. Imo this discrepancy calls into question the validity of the stories.

Something that needs to be pointed out: Cody and Satori are public figures. By being public figures, they open themselves up to criticism and public ridicule and as a standard of law, it's MUCH more challenging to prove defamation against them in a court of law because it comes with the territory of being a public figure. The only real way to do it is to fully prove that was is being said is untrue, which in this case, as Beardo said, would further expose C&S. Thank you for your work, Beardo. As a paranormal investigator, believer, and debunker; I try to use my scientific background to find logical and common sense explanations for any activities claimed and encountered. I credit the debunking community for showing me the limits of equipment and how things can show false positives. My investigations rarely produce solid evidence as a result. Anyone who defends even the possibility of a deception taking place would do well to deeply consider their position with this. Especially if it does, or could involve emotionally sensitive, and quite possibly injured and grieving people. This would be considered a form of abuse amongst any other 'professionals' who have exposure to vulnerable people. When I first saw Sam and Colby’s series, I did believe it all. I even went as far as looking up the Conjuring House to see how much it would be for myself, a Canadian, to go visit it. When I saw the prices my jaw dropped and immediately thought that the owner was taking advantage of the popularity of it. After seeing all the debunking videos I was disappointed in them AND Sam and Colby for putting it out there without going every possibly length to debunk them. I’m even more disappointed in Sam, specifically, for doubling down on podcasts, that Cody and Satori are real. I do believe some of my comments on their videos have been deleted as I asked why they are still supporting them after all the debunking. Honestly, if TCH wants to 100% prove they are not faking this, then they should be open to have INDEPENDENT Scientific Researchers put them through all the tests possible to prove they are what they say they are (which we all know they are not).

Classy, as always, Beardo. I agree about the bit about skepticism being necessary. If there was no skepticism, if there was no questioning, we would be following blindly and that would be awful. We would be fools to do so. If it was truly about the paranormal, she would be encouraging skepticism while welcoming us to come see and experience things for ourselves. She wouldn't support Cody and Satori, let alone jamming them down our throats. We are in the US and I'd like to think that evidence would be in favor of whoever TCH sued as opposed to TCH (who is clearly toe tapping). I support the debunking community as a whole and my hope is that yall continue doing what you're doing. Thank you for continuing to be honest and open. I look forward to your next video

Just two things to mention. Freedom of speech or expression is a thing and truth is an absolute defence in court so I’d pay to see TCH take legal action against the debunkers. 😂

It's crazy to me that having an opinion that differs, is illegal in this woman's eyes. Isn't slander a civil matter and therefore not classed as a crime? Well said as usual! Great breakdown of how she thinks she's .got the high ground but is really only putting herself in a position to where she - and they - would have the burden of proof on them. And she is doing nothing but damaging herself and the reputation of the house the more this charade goes on. I told someone the other day that I have zero interest of ever going there now not only because of the cost but the fact that because I doubt the tapping twits and people that belive what they see when proof is presented to them she doesn't want me there. She got her wish - I could be offered to go there free and I would pass. My grandpa had the saying you don't s**t where you eat - there's a lot of s**t piling up at that house thats gonna cost her in the long run.

THC might very well be haunted, but the current owner is really trying to make money out of it, so of course she will go hard after people who proved without doubt that she hires frauds and scammers. And it's funny how these who believe in Cody and Satori are encouraged to have their own opinion and stay true to their believes, but those who are of different opinion are all bullies, liars and bad people. That's freedom of speech for you... "you are either on my side or you are wrong." I wonder if this lady has a professional PR agent (I bet she does not) because if she had, he would have realized how bad this makes her look. Good luck taking anyone taking to court over this; hopefully this court session is public because it is going to be a lot of fun when fake mediums have to convince the court that they are not fake.

She literally says they are "staff members". Staff implys employee by definition. Employees get paid. So there IS a monetary gain for Tapman and Bobbins perpetuating their absolute tomfoolery. Utter bollocks. I hope they do sue people for slander. Stick that court case on PPV as they try to prove their shenanigans in controlled, scientific and legally provable environments.
