Cooper also described HIV/AIDS as a man-made disease used to target blacks, Hispanics, and homosexuals, and that a cure was made before it was implemented. He has been described as a "militia theoretician"."

When I was in my early twenties (circa 1996) my roommate came home with an audio cassette that was unlabeled except for the words "The Truth" written on it. The cassette was an adult male voice speaking to an audience about aliens, conspiracies, etc. It was fairly entertaining and also pretty chilling. At one point he states that "there currently is a base on Mars where the US, the Soviets, and the extraterrestrials work together." Someone in the audience yells "this is ridiculous, we don't have to sit here and listen to this" Someone fires back "be quiet, i want to hear what he's got to say!" We were both wondering wtf as we listened, esp considering how he got the tape. Before too long we figured out that it was William Cooper. A couple of years later I was watching this techno band Eat Static and they had some samples from that lecture, it was pretty neat.

​@@randylake4372no I don't know their catalog very well, I went to their show with a girl I was seeing and heard some samples from that tape during the set and had my mind blown for a minute, I should have asked her if she knew it or tried to track it down later. If you find it let me know! Even just googling them I can see that their artwork has a lot of alien imagery, but that kind of thing was big on the rave scene back then, lots of alien heads and flying saucers all over the place.

Interestingly the reports of UFOs shot up in the US in the 50s, especially around area 51. By strange co-incidence this happened to be the place where they had a load of ex Nazi scientists and were attempting to replicate/perfect some of the more radical Nazi aircraft designs that they were working on towards the end of the war. Such as the Horton flying wing that bore an uncanny resemblance to a modern stealth bomber, the flying pancake, and other circular designs that look exactly like most people's idea of a UFO. Even the Chinese CCP published a book in 1999 which was titled Unrestricted Wafare which mentions a possible Bin Laden attack, bio attacks like the anthax and much more. Some nutcase with nothing better to do than keep tabs on intelligence documents would be well aware of these things and seek to profit off them by pretending to be a prophet and insider. Here is an excerpt from Unrestricted Warfare (From 1999, keep that in mind): “Whether it be the intrusions of hackers, a major explosion at the World Trade Center, or a bombing attack by bin Laden, all of these greatly exceed the frequency bandwidths understood by the American military…” Surprisingly, Osama bin Laden is mentioned frequently in this book. I mean very frequently.

According to what this video IMPLIES, Mr.Cooper was MURDERED, his death does NOT strike me as a "justified shooting". Granted it could be argued that it WAS a justified shooting since he drew a weapon, but I would be curious how disguised the undercover cops were, and why they GAVE CHASE to him when he changed his mind from confronting them to fleeing. The shooter, Patrick Purdy, was on antidepressants but almost no one was making the connection back then. (And yes, SSRI drugs are involved in practically every case). So that was extremely prescient of Cooper. Yes, some knew of Bin Laden before 9/11 but he was far from a household name. The timing of Cooper's prediction was the really surprising part. It's easy to use hindsight bias and "coincidence theory" but both predictions were startling given the evidence at the time.

I fear this man. The fact that he admitted that his information might be wrong is scary. Because that just means he's not crazy, he knows that some of it is outlandish. So he's in is right mind while speaking.

@@qru9046 it doesn't mean he's not crazy, and not being crazy doesn't even mean he actually believes what he's saying let alone is making sense. also there were school shootings before columbine, the twin towers were a known top target for terrorism and had already been attacked, and osama was well know in the media for attacking US embassies, including multiple targets on the same day. there's nothing special about the extrapolations he made and frankly it's the US government that is the most against world governance and international law, to the detriment of every one else.
