I had a pizza shop years ago. I refused business to a few people. Had one family that would order and always call back saying one of the pizzas was wrong to get more pizza. Also I think that each time the Supreme Court rules in Mr. Phillips' favor, the harasser should cover all his legal fees, as well as another 30% or more for the time Mr. Phillips wasted in taking care of all this. Doesn't take much time and effort to go do some research on the subject.

This would work if the customers kept their mouths shut, as you can see he was asked to make a blue and pink cake... which he would do, but she told him what it means (a transexual person) and once he learned about the "message" behind the request he refused to make it. He still has the right to disagree with a specific commission for his own reasons, but it is the lgb community that like to push things, they want to break him and make him accept their message. They could have always purchased a cake for a wedding and then put two guys on top of the cake for them, once they buy the cake and it leaves the shop it is their business what they will do. If you have any type of rights at all if a person comes into your store and disrespects you because you do not want to appease to them you can ask him to leave your shop and that they are not welcome back in your shop. And you can refuse business to anyone it's your shop and I don't blame you sir at all. I am a private contractor and have had to turn down job/positions that I did not agree with, either the organizations goals, or the individual, I was dealing with. This is an American right.
