My contractor keeps asking me to request the supplement. I’m the homeowner.

That may be something you might want to consider. Every job I have ever seen was initially shorted by the original insurance adjuster and needs to be supplemented. Thanks for watching and for the comment. I wish you the best. 🙏🙌👊😉

where can i find the code for decking needing to be upgrade to code from 1/2 to 5/8?
@InsuranceRestorationTraining8 ай бұрын
It depends on where the job is located (city and state) and whether or not it is residential or commercial. If you comment back that information I will tell you exactly where you can find it. It isn’t the same for all locations. Thanks for watching. 🙏🙌👊😉

@@InsuranceRestorationTraining what would the code be for Thomasville North Carolina?
@InsuranceRestorationTraining8 ай бұрын
@josemzds 2018 International Residential Code IRC (for residential jobs), the 2018 International Building Code IBC (for commercial jobs) and the 2018 International Energy Conservation Code IECC (for both residential and commercial). For roofing you will want to look in Chapter 9 (Roof Assemblies) in the IRC for residential jobs and Chapter 15 for commercial jobs in the IBC. I hope this helps. Thanks for watching and for the question. 🙏🙌👊😉
