ScottishTeeVee: Never seen this one before. There is another one where they filmed themselves on stage in black and white but used electric guitars instead of acoustic. Very dark, high contrast with flashes of brightness. Very dramatic. Does this ring a bell? I had seen it on KZbin, but just a user not the official Cranberries channel. I wish I'd made note of the specific channel now. Haven't been able to find it. It seems it is rare footage as well.

The clip you are talking about rings a bell, I do seem to remember it. It could be that which ever TV station made that clip still operates, or has passed the recording onto an archive which owns the copyright & is blocking the Cranberries from using it unless they pay for use which can be thousands of $$.
