Because the people sent to start the village knew joy BOY the infant child was sent from the past to the moment the town was formed.

Idk, greenbull might have the same eyes as Imu, and Mihawks - which could potentially throw a spanner in the works for the whole zoro dad theory. We can assume about the eyes thing for greenbull because I’m chapter 1052 when cp0’s call on the den den mushi gets hacked by someone I know saying they are on their way, the eyes on the den den mushi are just like mihawks etc. And normally the den den mushi take the eyes of the user who’s on the line, no? It’s not confirmed that that was greenbull on the line but it’s a high probability out of the potential options. Idk this is just a very high potential theory imo.

So one of the arguments made for ryuma not being in the void century is that he is still known but this is a wano legend. Wano could've been so isolated that the wg couldn't erase info about the vc there. I feel like there are other bigger implications if this theory is true. Edit: An implication that I just thought about is that learning more info about the vc could be one of the reasons kaido went to wano.

Some examples are the gravity spell in kingdom hearts and final fantasy, the purple gravity suit in metroid games, the gravity move in pokemon is represented in purple waves, elden rings gravity sorcery is also purple, the anime D. Gray man has a character with gravity chains which are purple, fairy tale has a gravity mage and his magic is purple, in MHA when uraka uses her anti gravity powers you sometimes see a flash and i think you can guess which color it has. I don't know why this is a thing or how it started but 9/10 when you see purple powers expect them to be gravity related.

I feel like there are two types of D's in the one piece world. Natural D's and honorary D's, pretty much the people someone in the D clan are around. Though not everyone gets this status it tends to be the ones that are most devoted to a Natural D. Example, the sniper king himself, Ussop.

Actually it was revealed back in King vs Zoro fight through Zoro's flashbacks that Kuina last name was Shimotsuki, and elder aka Kuinas grandfather gave Zoro his first real katanas. Quite a good connection with Shimotsuki. Ps. The Village Zoro lived in was called Shimotsuki village

I personally don't see any link between Greenbull and Zoro. That being said it seems there is a weak link bewtween the name Greenbull and the last daimyo in Wano, i.e. Shimotsuki Ushimaru, since "Ushi" can be translated to bull/cow and he's been shown to wear a kimono with bulls drawings on it. This theory about Zoro carrying the will of D makes so much sense.If we have to draw an analogy here, we have devil fruits that carry the "dreams" of people, and once a fruit holder dies the fruit "reborn" making sure the dream carries on, it might be the same for will of D carriers, once they die it will be passed/inherited to some new born. That being said it feels like the "D" is not something known on Wano, there wasn't anybody mentioned with a D on their name, so either the will is inherited in a different way (i.e. by passing down powerful katanas) or they might use a different word for it completely, it won't be the first time this happens for instance in Wano they use a different word for Haki.

If Zoro had some kind of eye power he would've used it in Wano (Wano is now over). It was a life or death battle in Wano for Zoro so there is literally no reason for him not to use it i.e. he has no eye power, unfortunately. Could be maybe one more option which is that there is a massive downside to using it but I can't imagine him not utilizing it in a battle against not 1 but 2 Yonko, fighting King etc.

As interesting as this is and would be cool if true, I have serious doubts about green bull being his father but that’s something we would have to see when he’s introduced. Personally I don’t think zoro is a D family member I think he’s a Wano and family member of ryuma for sure and probably related to fujitora and green bull as well as I think they are both from Wano. Guess we just have to wait for some answers in the future though as him being a D would be pretty cool specifically since like you said the Monster manga was basically zoro and luffy as one person.

Kinda always thought Zoro was an agent for the marines with the name "Pirate hunter Zoro". Zoro being Greenbull could be a take because he wrecks every building he walks into and loses his way, like a bull in a China shop. I believe u missed a parallel between Roger and Yasuie (who is a Shimotsuki aswell). Roger and Yasuie died in similar ways. Both have been publicly executed. Both have made people laugh at their execution (even tho in yasuies case, it was because of the smile fruit). Both have inspired the people to take action and both died smiling. So i think the Shimotsuki are definitely a D. Clan.

It could be that Greenbull became a Marine Admiral to stop what was happening in Wano, but after becoming one and seeing what sort of dealings the WG and Wano make he realized that he couldn't do anything and decided not to eat for as long as Wano was not saved. Or maybe he was sold off to the marines by Orochi. It would really bring the similarities of him and Fuji out in that they both wanted to act at out "their justice" some point as a Marine (even being an Admiral which is the just under Fleet Admiral) but couldn't and so had to watch travesties happen with their hands tied. I could see Greenbull bowing before the SH's, just like Fujitora did, out of respect for them saving his homeland. if he actually is from Wano anyway and I think he is.
