Steve Morris only ever built one v16 and it wasn't to go in a road car, it was originally built to do drag car or drag boat racing and the con artists at Devel paid him to cnc rocker covers with their name on it and send the engine out to them after he built it. They don't have a clue how to run the thing so it's sat in a crate to this day. The devel 16 then resurfaced only its practically a body modified Corvette c8 with a v8 turbo that they claimed was 2000bhp but turned out to be 800hp done by some Italian mob nobody has ever heard of. Utterly ridiculous

Also i´m not sure if there is a tire that can actually go that fast. For the 304 mph run of the Bugatti Chiron Michelin reinforced their Pilot Super Sport with carbon fiber, i think 1 set of those costs over 40.000$...and another 50 mph on top?! An engine producing 5,000 hp consumes a gallon of gasoline in approximately 6 seconds. That's 10 gallons per minute. It would run a 25 gallon fuel tank from full to empty in just 2.5 minutes. 10 gallons per minute is the rate at which gas pumps in the US are limited to, to give you an idea of how fast it would be consuming gas.
