Your Mom is wonderful. An all around fantastic, wise, loving, generous person. You both are deeply blessed to have each other. Stay creative. ❤

One of my sisters was such a creative when we were kids and I just learned (as an adult) that she wanted to go to art school but never did because my father discouraged her. I think his exact words were (according to my sister): "you'll never make any money doing that." I was shocked to learn this and that she still carried around this disappointment as an adult. While she's still a creative in my mind I feel bad that she couldn't follow her true career dreams. Sweet video. ( I keep editing this comment as I get further along in the video.) But beautiful graphic as well.

Aaww, such a fun convo with your mom 🥰 Thanks so much for sharing her with us. I couldn't agree more, I'm 1000% the artist I am today because of the encouragement of my parents 💕Your final design is so beautiful! I'm glad your creative child survived ✨

I am definitely the creative adult that survived.

Same here. It probably became creative because of how I was raised. Growing up around other species likely played a role as well. Although to a lesser extent.

You do such amazing work. I can barely cut and paste. I love that quote. I didn't have the support you did for my endeavors. It shocks me every day that my inner child survived (such as it is). Wow, friends were telling your mom that, and my mom was telling ME that. I can't imagine being supported in that manner. This might explain why I was never as creative as I had hoped I would be.

I can edit my photos, audio files and videos far better than copy and pasting.

Really love these videos showing your process, thank you for uploading this and talking about the quotes you chose. And yeah, ever so grateful that mom let me try everything, from sports, to extra classes, to even letting me go to Japan! Was very supportive when I decided to go to art school, and even when that failed was never "told you so" and such.

Lovely cool mom and lovely cool conversation. You reminded my that my mum let me draw on the actual bedroom walls aged 3. Quite a hippy she was at the time.
