Great coverage Craig & Jas. I went back to CrossFit for the first time today since Covid and took two mates to their first ever session. Stumbling across your channel a few years back eventually started me on my CrossFit journey. Been to boxes in London, York, Madrid, and Tel-Aviv and always get asked if I watch the videos when wearing my HSTL made t shirts. Keep up the good work :-)

I thought Medeiros would have a chance, but boy did he deliver! Interesting to see in a Mat Fraser interview how he found Justin's way of thinking similar to his own, very telling. I was rooting for Kristin Holte, my grandmother was Norwegian, so a bit sad to see her miss the podium, but wow, what did Annie do?? Amazing, so many stories. Have great time enjoying retiring Kristin, an inspiration, Panchik too. Stay safe, healthy and sane Craig and Jas, the Princess is patiently waiting!

I wonder if the reason for the extended stay in Chicago is the city’s Travel Advisory which includes Wisconsin? FWIW, there is NO verification by anyone affiliated with the city that any travelers are actually complying with the Advisory, which itself is only “advisory” and not compulsory. It’s impossible for the city to enforce. I think the negative COVID test is enough to travel back to England unless they have additional rules due to the latest variant. That’s my $0.02.
