This series would probably make a good companion piece with the Tats Top video of the same topic. Love this stuff. 1. Teddy, I wonder if anyone's actually found the origin of the image. I remember back in like 2013 or so I found a gmod 'animation' based on this story, but it was a massive army of people who were all dead cause..spooky bear. Pretty funny stuff. 2. (16:18) My first thought, since I've never read the story before, only heard the title, is "GRANDMA'S A CLONE!" and then the actual twist happened. The story also doesn't explain why the baby looks so old and weird. I guess the sister just always looked like that. 3. (27:13) Hey, I still prefer it over the association it has with Satan's Sphinx. Makes more sense. 4. (31:36) I can't believe I've never heard of this one before, it's great. It also works best as a written or spoken story, I think. I feel like it wouldn't really work as a short or smth, but maybe. 5. I think I saw the Girl in The Drawing's eyes turn to stare directly into my own. However, I know this cannot be the case because it was literally debunked, and people have found where the image came from. An RPG game, I think. 6. (36:26) I got really anxious during this one, I got flashbacks to the whole "when you see it, you'll shit bricks" trend back in like 2010 or something. You know, you see an image, and there's something scary hidden in it, but you have to actively LOOK for it, and the suspense was horrible. That stuff made me fear situations (especially images) where "there's something here, you know it's here, but you don't know where it is." Trying to look for it, knowing it's horrible, and that it could be anywhere, you just gotta look away cause it can come outta nowhere and scare you. That's the feeling this story gave me. Good work on its part.

There's just something about it that digs under my skin more than the other images. Its uncanniness, its stare, its so bland but somehow so terrifying. I can't tell you how much sleep I lost when I was younger because of it.

It wasn't actually very common for people to be buried alive but it was a common fear. The death bell has never been recorded as saving anyone. That said there is a semi modern case from south America about a woman buried alive, I believe the family thought she was dead but didn't take her to a hospital and then tldr she wakes up and either her condition or the shock of being interred kills her. I think it was Ecuador? Anyway. It's rare then and rare now.
