@arrubuena urrutia This is a love story between two people. Two people who have been together 11 years including 8 in a long distance relationship. If it was only a vacation hookup, it would have ended when he saw her off in Australia. At that time they had each said that it was going to end and yet after the parting both were in tears. That's love. That's not attraction, it's love. Her comment when she first saw him was "That guy is for me". She had been in Australia for a month already but hadn't felt that way about anyone else. His comment about first seeing her was "She's above my level". Not "Ooh. Look at that cute Asian girl". So it wasn't about race at all but about instant attraction to each other. Attraction is attraction and love is love. People say love at first sight but that doesn't seem right to me. We are attracted to lots of people every day but we don't fall in love every day. Falling in love takes time and effort. Discovering each other. Accepting and loving every bit about each other. Even the bits that drive you crazy. Getting past all the bumps that occur along the way. Love is about wanting to be with someone despite the difficulty of that. Staying together when times get hard. Knocking down barriers that we all have. Leaping over other barriers that life puts between us. A relationship like this is difficult. The long distance between them at first. The language and cultural barrier after he moved to South Korea. Gaining acceptance from her family and his. All of that is difficult and takes commitment to being together. I think it's really sad when someone takes all of that in and makes some flippant comment. It shows a lack of maturity.

@@skycedi I wish they had their own You Tube channel.Everyone is in love with them. It is much easier to be an interracial relationship in general if you are not scraping for dollars. It is hard enough to meld as a couple of two if you are not in a poor living situation because live is hard enough. The couples that are well educated and have an open personality to changes are the best ones to make it.

Omg watching this nearly brought me to tears. I’m into the 3rd month of a relationship with my boyfriend. He’s French, I’m Indonesian, but we live in the UK. I might have to go back to Indonesia in January and we’ve been talking about how our relationship is going to be. We agreed to do long distance if the situation really forces me to go back home. Long distance is something new for both of us so we know it’s gonna be so challenging. We weren’t sure in the beginning but we’re committed to give it a go. Beautiful! It is kind of funny but there are a lot of parallels to my fiances and my love story. I‘m swiss (not austrian, but german-speaking too), she‘s korean. We met in England during a language stay, were in the same class. Started to date after a bit more than one month. Still together after 4.5 years and engaged too.
