@@Lollydoll20 when you’re an interviewer you have to remember people are there for your guest, and you are the vessel for getting your guest to feel comfortable and open up! To do that, you have to be engaging and charismatic yet not overbearing. Leaving breathing space is so important so your guest can have time to think. The interviewer is simply there to draw the best out of the guest, rather than asserting themselves too much into the conversation - just enough to make them feel comfortable and make it flow!

How does this guy get to host a show. So obnoxious. Interviewing someone doesnt mean talk about your thoughts then ask the interviewee to reaffirm your opinion. . Smith does a great job keeping things flowing. I am new to his music but impressed how bright and genuine he comes across.

as someone who hasn’t listened to the dare and had my interest peaked, zane lowe did not give him his own space. don’t know why zane gets an incredible platform to bring great talent to, only to be a sub-par surface level interviewer. feel like zane just wanted to hear bits about charli and drool over whatever he wants to talk about
