Been Affleck was a fucking TANK. Beer belly my fucking ass. I have a beer belly. Affleck was a goddamned UNIT with THE most comic accurate suit to date, straight out of Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns. Pattinson is gonna do great, he's a helluva actor, but I'll always wish Affleck got his solo film because he was so fucking awesome in BvS, even if the movie had flaws.

@@dorkknight0790 well sue me if I'd rather have the Frank Miller's Dark Knight Returns inspired grey and black suit Ben had with the short ears, as it's exactly like Miller's drawing of the older grittier Batman. His suit also looks a lot like the suit in the first few Arkham games, albeit with the short Miller-esque ears and wide Miller Bat Symbol. It looks more fabric like and I muuuuuuuch prefer that look over the armor look. Don't get me wrong, I think the Begins batsuit was excellent and is one of the best looking batsuits ever. I understand that Bale wanted to be able to turn his head but the dark Knight suit is fugly imo. They could have designed it so much better. He looked pretty small too, especially compared to Begins. I think the Keaton, Affleck, and even both the Kilmer suits look much more badass. And from an in-universe point of view, I hate that this Batman just gets all his stuff ready made from the military r and d department of his company, sure he customizes it a little bit but the point stands...it mostly comes ready made instead of Bruce developing and adapting his suit and Batmobile over time himself. Takes away from his intellect. Don't take me the wrong way, the Dark Knight is an amazing movie, I'm not hating. I just really think they could have done a lookout better with that suit.

This shows you that movies follow a rhythm. I could feel when the the scenes broke away from the rhythm of the Batman and went full Dark Knight. That’s why both were great. Dark Knight has the far superior villain performance so it’s up to the Batman sequel to outdo that but both great universes

Frankster 434 well no Joker didn’t win. He got locked up. Batman won bc him and Gordon knew they had to lie in order to win. Batman clearly says “the joker cannot win” then goes on and says I’m whatever Gotham needs me to be and to put the blame on him Etc etc. The Joker would’ve won if they wouldn’t have lied though. Gotham was a peaceful place for a good 8 years until Bane came around and Batman had to come back to stop him.
