Hello Dr. Sarin, I really want to thank you so much. I never had acne issues, but for the past three years, I experienced non-stop breakouts, which was really depressing. I tried hundreds of products and consulted more than five dermatologists in bangalore, but nothing worked. The creams suggested by them worked only while I applied them; even if I missed a day, I would see new breakouts the next day. Fortunately, I came across your page and saw one of your reels recommending fungal cream for severe whiteheads around the nose and chin. This was one of the major problems I was facing. I used Canesten antifungal cream for five consecutive days on my nose, chin, and cheeks, and to my amazement, I have zero outbreaks now. I am so incredibly happy I can’t even describe it in words. I wish I had known about this earlier; I am finally free from this great trauma.

Many brands use that natural tagline for selling the product , but any product can't be 100% natural as it has to be preserved for selling if that product contains water , the product has to be formulated in such a manner , but many brands use natural ingredients which are eco certified and permitted for natural formulation, I myself formulate products for skincare and haircare

I have few things which I would like to share , aloe vera mostly grows by itself ,they basically don't require any kind of fertilizer and they don't need lot of water also , and citric acid is something which is used for PH regulation mostly and it's used in very low quantity, mostly it doesn't harms , it's also used in edible items

It is very true natural ingredients can cause a lot of allergies , essential oils are very potent they are supposed to be used in a specific quantity for a specific area and in that also few are very reactive so a lot of precautions needs to be taken when formulating with essential oil , some essential oils are reactive to peple so it alwayd depends on people to people , what actually suits them , and unscented products which actually authentically do not have any fragrance who are not using any hideouts to hide the smell of the product , so basically what i mean is one should buy products which are safely formulated ,keeping all the permitted amounts of all the ingredients in the product and obviously doing a patch test before using

Hello Sapna, Sharing the complete list of ingredients for the product you're referring to: - Aqua, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Propylene Glycol, Carbomer, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Parfum, Sodium Hydroxide, Disodium EDTA, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Linalool, D-Limonene There are ways in which brands can get away writing only "Key Ingredients" and hide what they want to. Some follow "mention everything in your face strategy" and make claims such as preservative-free because "its legally allowed".

I am sorry to say ..but you need to be a Formulator to understand ingredients better..example of juicy chemistry..other ingredients are not preservatives..and preservatives are must for any water based product

Wash with dandruff removal shampoo regularly.Try to wash your bedsheet, towel and comb with anti ceptic. Make a paste of Neem, Mehendi, Orange peel, Multani earth,Lemon extract and coconut oil and apply to hair and keep it for 30 minutes and wash your hair.
