I payed her not because its was done for me, but because i believed and trusted her. I use to see her as a big sister advice. She claimed that she had the blueprint, and that she was the “embodiment “ for whatever she was selling. This is what happens when we trust someone, we listen to them, we buy from them, we support them . At some points I felt like, “Dang, I probably need this new course.” Then I would tell myself, “Girl, you haven’t even manifested from the previous course that was sold to you.” It felt like a non-stop spiral of needing to buy the next thing because it's part of the "healing." Now that all her lies are being exposed i realize the manipulation, and it really was shocking! Im a woman who said i wanted to break generational trauma. I didn’t go to a therapist for the fear of trust. Yet i got scammed. I take full responsibility, lesson learned. But shame on mina!

Not being rude at all, so please don’t take it that way! But, I am the oldest of 3 and I never required payment to give advice to my siblings. That would be my first red flag. Second, are you an only child or didn’t have a strong family growing up? To me, you were searching for someone to bond to like you would a close family member. Maybe you didn’t ever get that opportunity so you thought “well maybe I can buy that connection and role model”. Then as you went along, you realized what you thought you were “buying” was actually superficial and a fallacy. You’ll never connect or trust someone through a screen like you would in real life or with family. I’m glad you’ve grown and found your way!

I have unfortunately been recommended content from this “creator.” In one of the reels I’ve seen, she talked about how it is her “right” as a wife to spend more money than her husband makes, because, as she said, “if he doesn’t spend money on his wife, he’ll spend it on another woman,” implying that all men cheat. Bankrupt your husband to prevent him from cheating on you. Great advice! With that said, the saddest part is her basically telling women that their only asset is their looks. "Manifest being skinnier, manifest being prettier, etc." It’s like the “alpha males” telling men to just make money and everything follows from there. But money and appearance are nothing without character and personality.

Use his money to create a good life for yourself and your family because living poorly would signal to him that he can treat you poorly and you'll still stay, he may lose respect for you and then only spend on women who have standards, those women won't stick around if he treats them poorly. Many men do leave women who stuck by them through thick and thin for younger women when they get money. This is very common. You simply can't be naive about this.

She had just shown several videos of herself buying three Chanel bags at a time (three bought in a shopping spree, on two separate occassions, for a total of at least six Chanel bags in one month) on top of all the luxury bags she already has and she continues to buy more. Then she made her Huge Announcement that she was starting a Patreon subscription at $25 per month for women who were ready to "have a seat at her table" to hear her personal life advice. There are over 2,000 comments on her Huge Announcement video in response, mostly from long term subscribers, expressing how badly this Huge Announcement was received. At least 2000 people immediately unsubbed. Women like that are literally a bad influence. They shouldn't be allowed to solicit money directly from subscribers. It is a scam. They are grifters.

My moms are lesbian so their marriage wasn’t legal, one bought the other a car technically and when they broke up took both cars and financially ruined my other mom, basically took advantage of homophobic laws at the time. She also rented my first car for me brand new so in a year i had no car, it also had a few scratches because i was a child learning to drive and really had no business driving a brand new leased car. She tried to get me to pay for it which i couldn’t afford, luckily i wasn’t liable. Years later my boyfriend offered to get me a car but i turned it down because although i trust him it’s just nit smart in case we broke up. I have a used car that is 100% paid off and is reliable that only cost $5k. I would NEVER trade this paid off car in my name for a nicer one in someone else’s name, or one in my name that someone else is making payments on that i cant afford. It is a massive risk and you could end up without a car or on the hook for expensive payments if you aren’t careful.

Uff this was a hard watch simply because of how Mina changed my way of thinking for better in the recent 5 years although I liked her old vids more. I actually bought her latest book and still yet to read it lol.. that said it’s very important for this information to be out there, It’s VERY easy to get sucked into these courses when you’re a vulnerable person, when I was a teen and at a low point I almost got sucked into the whole Tony Robbins program.

Free Speach does not mean you will not be disagreed with. It only does mran you will not be legally punished. She wants no disagreement. Robert Welsh recently had a video on elegance coaches not even taking their own advice. I think the coaching scene is out of control. Most of them are just scammers, grifters or grandiose narcissists

I used to watch Mina but now I don’t but I never saw the video where she did that prayer in 34:25. It literally scared me to death. Suddenly I had chills when I heard her say this and I used to get the same chills when I watch exorcist movie 😢😢. What kind of prayer is that? OMG.

When the meditation repeated all those wonderful things about YOURSELF, it is subjective but you SHOULD feel that way about your SELF. No one else is you. You are special in your own way and beauty is deeper than the skin. Get into it. You ARE the most beautiful woman on the planet!

😂😂 I love your take on this Caitlin and the giggles throughout. I followed Mina many many years ago when she would unbox LV handbags. Then she moved to videos on minimalism and frugality, paying off her mortgage and investing. I unsubscribed for a long time then checked her out a couple of years ago, and was shocked to see that she was now a 'life coach'?? I'm still confused as to what qualifications she actually has, and shocked at the amount of vulnerable women that follow this nonsense.

Great video Caitlin, this woman preys on very insecure women and uses her "luxury" lifestyle to bait them. As a practising Christian who has recently found prayer and meditation helpful in my anxiety and self esteem, that prayer she shared is extremely demonic. We are called to pray for our enemies and not for their destruction. I pray for those she's preyed on.

As a victim the reasons I purchased was because i trusted her. She sold me the story of sisterhood, and how she had a good marriage. She also would say how the west doesn’t know how to respect a man and let him lead. And all this crap.

She gives general advice that once was common knowledge on relationships but because current dating in some ways has gone too far people see advice that their parents should have told them as a breath of fresh air which is why it’s easy for her to take advantage of the situation.
@purplewaves8427 ай бұрын
Exactly. She groomed a lot of these women into purchasing her ridiculously expensive, useless courses. Some comments her act like Mina came right out at her followers with a near 40k course. No, she gets you with the basic, general free content then makes you think you're missing out on her paid courses, so "You better hurry and buy!🤑". I only bought her recent book, but I can imagine how betrayed these women feel from getting nothing of value for the thousands they paid.😔
@BriellaSornFonte7 ай бұрын
@@purplewaves842 I purchased her recent book as well and the advice is great advice but I’m not willing to shell out 2 thousand dollars just to watch videos. I hate watching videos for too long or hearing someone talk for too long before I get a headache. One course was I saw was priced at 50,000.
@BriellaSornFonte4 ай бұрын
@@purplewaves842 I mean what she says has definitely helped many women and is far from useless. A lot of the advice she gives is advice that has been forgotten due to modernization. So when people hear by she says it’s makes sense to them because the way they are currently doing things is not serving them. I don’t like how expensive she is but out of many relationships coaches she has the highest success rate is what was said about her in an interview she did.

The last commandment Jesus left us was to love others as we love ourselves. When we pray, we’re supposed to pray for everyone and especially those who do us wrong (that’s in scripture). She’s violating the first commandment: have no other Gods before Him. She’s made a god of herself, which honestly society has now deemed selfishness a virtue-so there you go! Quick reminder: it’s not! Ps: Caitlin, stay away from tarot cards and anything occult. I suspected she was delving into some pretty dark occult things from the start. Your message was beautiful and insightful ❤ Different but good video!
@veronikabor7 ай бұрын
I watched a lot of videos of The Universe Guru/Mina last year and I took a lot of good things with me. I never purchased a course bc they were so damn expensive even then. But i stopped watching bc she turned in that „i‘m so rich, i‘m the most divine woman, i know so much more than you, buy my course or you stay misrable“ person and everything felt so off for me. The videos didn‘t have any value oder teaching anymore. And it‘s so weird that she is talking about the child ab*se so non-chalant and still praising her mother, but her first marriage and her oldest son from that marriage are traumatic for her.
@tshepison89076 ай бұрын
Her target is insecure or desperate women who want to be something they are not or want to be in a higher social class than they are currently in. That desperation is the only thing that can really push people to give someone their hard earned money for bullshit. It’s really sad, I hope these women realise they are enough without having to do all those things Mina preaches which is such waffle. Pay for therapy instead, pay for a dietitian, a trainer, the doctors.

So, I used to work in book publishing. In some genres, like YA & Romance, it is totally normal to write 4 novels in one year. A lot of them are Novella length, so about 35-50k words. Harlequin Romance authors are known for doing so and often midlist authors in these genres HAVE to do 2-5 novels or novellas a year. As well, in these genres in Indie publishing it is also common and called rapid release. Keep in mind these are about 150-250 pages in print. It only seems odd if you're someone who reads non-romance genres as those are less likely to come out so often. Romance writers are some of the hardest working authors in the publishing game and when traditionally publishing they're often expected to churn out content to maintain their relationship with publishers. Like an unspoken contract as dropping off can cause you to lose your next book deal and lose your career. It is one of the things that is gatekept until you enter the business.

Mina is currently saying in her videos that people call her a scammer because they are jealous (ex. they can't afford Channel bags 😂) and/or they expect quick results after buying her courses while they should wait months or years for the compounding effect 😂

Without knowing her, I think she sells ideas to believe in. For by example people with low selfworth and women who are single she gives them hope that they will find their dreampartner and that they have value. However, the things she tells have nothing practical in them and there is nothing behind it. I mean, realistically if you want to move forward in life, work on your skills. You need to have something of value to offer to someone else. What I can see, she just gives ideas to believe in: believe that you are .... and you become it, without backing it up. And honestly no one is the most beautiful, because beauty is subjective, and by believing you are rich you don't get rich, because if your family isn't rich you need to work for it. I mean, she got rich because of selling things, not by believing that she was rich.. In the end I think that by example self worth comes from knowing who you and loving yourself for you, not by being more beautiful than others and by essentialy comparing yourself. I don't need to be the most beautiful, I like myself for me with all my flaws and talents and I try to be the best that I can with what I have. I think that should be a message people need to get more often. But I find this a great video! You did a great job with this!

I have recently been through a 1/2 a year o.C.D program. It took a lot of work and over seven years for me to even realize I had ocd. I was mistleignosed several times. And content like these gurus are making can be really dangerous for anyone who is slightly neurological. Like this can lead to Mania for people with bipolar disorder or psychotic breaks in people with BPD and people with ocd can latch on to this as well. Not to mention the moderate eugenicism.

I've watched gurus say a lot like you say without saying a lot. Like they say the theory but not the practical steps. On the other hand, I have watched gurus give you all the practical steps for free and then offer programs and coaching to help you even more. The latter I trust better.

I did date provider men who would buy me designer goods, cars etc but they were all on the spectrum for narcissism or some other personality disorder. It was all very transactional!! Mina partnered with Sheera 7 and followed her teachings. I always valued and respected Mina but there’s been a huge shift over the last year
