@SmallSpoonBrigade22 күн бұрын
That's not why, it's more because he got overexposed that was about the time that he got his animated series and at that time there was a cap of sorts on how commercial you could be and still have any credibility. If you layer that on top of the fact that he's already gained a following by being a bit more upbeat and positive and that's just not going to work. Most of what this video talks about is the result of just being in, very, very good with a community that's used to having to take matters into their own hands. It wouldn't surprise me if somebody else took offense to people screwing with him and he just played along to not rile anybody up.

I love your story telling style. Look, I’m an old white lady who’s not into rap music and knows vey little about it (though I do know who MC Hammer is). Few things in this story: rappers, Crips, music industry etc… are areas of interest to me. But I was totally into your story and even listened twice. A sure sign of a great storyteller! ✌️❤

This is wild af. I never heard anything about Mc Hammer other than him being a family man, enjoying life singing and dancing. Wow. He was sensitive.

I'm happy Hammer checked all these dudes, especially 3rd Bass. MC Serch really tried to dance battle Hammer 🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️🤦🏿♂️ Hammer was the real gangsta on Death Row Records.

I mean nothing really impressive about sending some kid who didnt have no guidance to kill someone because they hurt your feelings.

He didn't just send some kid with no guidance 😂 he had debatably the largest street gang in the city on these dudes with a 50k Bounty. To the point where everyone in the know innl the city knew how dangerous the situation is. I genuinely don't understand how you can be this disingenuous when we have seen the weight these situations can carry.. ask Tupac
