The Gerrard pass is famous. Lots of guys can pass a ball but Gerrard could launch a ball fifty yards 100 miles an hour and drop it on a sixpence. Crouchy said on his podcast that in one of his first training sessions with Gerrard he was fifty yards away and out of nowhere this bullet of a ball landed on his foot and bounced out of play and Gerrard chewed him out for not controlling it.
