The Definitive Guide to Making Wrapped Omelet Rice

This is a recipe for a wrapped omelet. I'm sure there are a lot of people who say that omelets should be wrapped. There are many different types of omelets on top and dressed omelets, but in this video, I'll show you how to make and wrap the high street wrapping type. I'm a professional and this is how I actually did it at my restaurant. It may be a bit difficult to follow, but I hope you'll find it useful.

200g chicken thigh
1/3 teaspoon salt
1/2 large onion (180g)
