I'm from the DRC, and after Lumumba was assassinated, everything went downhill. Lumumba was the best leader by far to bless my country. I'm glad you touched upon that subject as when the CIA is mentioned it's often left out.

A small thing. In Poland city Łódź there is still a street named after Lumumba. Strange that it wasn't renamed in the heat of the "decomunisation" of street names in the 90's.

Powder cocaine is not purer. Crack is literally the powder stuff, cooked by someone into concentrate (crack rocks). People used to do this themselves back in the day, which was called freebasing.

That segment at the end about the CIA recruitment adds that alienated every single viewer because they couldn't accept that the direction society is going isn't compatible with what they do, reminded me of a video I saw reviewing a series of military adds that did the exact same thing, and it failed for the exact same reasons: the people they're trying to appeal to now were never going to approve to begin with, and the people they used to be able to count on now hate them for trying to appeal to someone who isn't them for once, this whole situation is the epitome of "it would be funny if it weren't so sad"

Do you think there's a sadistic intention to the fact that Islam promises "gardens of perpetual abode with rivers running beneath them" and the U.S. specifically attacked water systems like the great manmade river in Libya and water systems in Iraq? Do you think they intentionally chose to bomb water systems because of cultural heritage and pride tied to it, or that it was just regular murderous attrition on civilian infrastructure?

1:15:49 That's the beauty of religion lol. You get to do whatever heinous acts you want in as long as you believe in a god. Nothing bad will happen and you're still a good person. That is just another one of the many millions of reasons why religion is completely bs

I can't help but notice that people justify doing heinous acts when they want to whether they're religious or not.
@Clippidyclappidy9 ай бұрын
@@seekingabsolution1907True enough. It’s just generally more digestible for the wider public if you can veil it in religious dogma. Hitler, for example despised religion, but he incorporated Christian prejudices into Nazi propaganda and ideology all the same.
