Hey! It works on acne and uneven texture of the skin, but if you have pitted scarring, I’m not sure this will help too much..I would recommend looking into a retinol treatment for pitted scarring!

Hey..if it doesn’t hurt and isnt turning red, I don’t think you have anything to worry about. Some mild peeling with a product like this is to be expected. Take a 10-12 day break instead of a week next time, stick to a good moisturiser only, no other actives and please use a sunscreen daily!

Use the aha bha peeling solution once a week. Don't use any active ingredients one day beforeand one day after the peeling solution. Use retinol only twice a week in the night time. Since retinol increases the cell turnover so u really don't need a peeling solution because u r getting new cells really fast so there is less dead skin cells which u need to remove by aha or bhas.

Hi! Apologies for taking so long to respond! Yes, Salicylic acid and Niacinamide is a good combination for acne treatment, although I would advise research before you start using them. Please look into things like what % your skin type needs of these ingredients to work but not damage and also which one to use in the AM/PM! I haven't tried any deconstruct serums as I've been working with The Derma Co. for a while now and their products work so well for me, I don't need to look for other alternatives usually!

It might, but even then it’s not actually fully visible, you might notice some specks of dead skin on your towel when you wash your face and wipe, maybe 2-3 days after you use it..that’s what I get usually..

Hey, you’ll have to use it for atleast 1.5-2 months, once per week to start noticing a change, and please also document it, take pictures of your face before every use, sometimes we can’t really tell the difference unless we have something to compare it to..for dark spots and uneven skin tone you can use niacinamide, vitamin C, kojic acid etc

I wouldn’t compare the two actually..face packs whether diy or store bought, are supposed to give you a facial-like experience..this is however a chemical exfoliant treatment..It has mild acids that slough away the top dead skin cell layer of your skin to reveal healthier, glowing skin underneath..
