House cats are the same. They’re only semi domesticated as a species but they also retain kitten qualities. Not entirely true. It depends on the breed. Huskies are intelligent where they need to be. They were bred to haul sleds across snow for long distances. Yes, they are very vocal. That's because as a sled team they communicate with each other. They are bred to know the snow and how best to travel over it. So that manic looking goofball husky is simply displaying the behavior that made his breed the saviors bringing much needed medications to remote Alaskan villages.
