In this video, we interviewed high performance sports psychologist Michael Gervais and asked him about the science of being clutch. I've always wondered why some athletes choke under pressure, while some athletes rise to the occasion and are clutch in high pressure moments. Michael Gervais breaks down the mental training he runs his top athletes through, to help them develop mental toughness and put them in a position to be clutch in big moments. Sports psychology is growing into a highly focused on aspect of training for the world's best athletes and I'm so thankful that we got to sit down with Michael and chat about mental training and how to be clutch.
Have a great week guys! Cheers.
