I had to learn to do those kind of movements accurately as part of my job and while I did absolutely hate it for the first few hours you do get over it, I will say don't worry if you end up having to do it in life and you think it will always be this painful.

Jerma's perspective on the writing for No Way Home almost sounds like the people who said Portal 2 was "Too quotable". And like, pointing out that bits or references are numerous or too on the nose is a valid observation, but in both cases no one is arguing that they are bad bits, just that they're mad that they... noticed them? Like, "I can tell just how much the writer/director wanted to acknowledge/entertain us as the core audience and that reminds me that this is a movie and therefore breaks my complete immersion". Because in these cases, its not that the quotes were uncharacteristic or completely inappropriate, but they as the viewer know that its a bit or a reference and so it feels out of place to them regardless. Once again, a valid observation... but I don't know, I think some people have an unhealthy obsession with 'immersion' in media that hurts artistry and comedy.
