I'm currently 40 years old and I gave birth to my son at 39 years old in April 2022. I know every pregnancies has complications at any age but I know with my age the chances are even higher. I took a lot of prenatals while trying to conceive and tried to adjust my diet as well. Luckily my son came out healthy and no issues so far and I did do the extensive blood test to test for any complications and it did tell me the gender earlier on. My delivery went well and so did my healing process too.

I've been watching Cityline since the late 80s while attending uni in Toronto and now watch (on KZbin) from Tokyo. I love the topics covered and especially Tracy and her vibe!!!! I got pregnant with my child at 37 and spent months preparing my body beforehand; upping my folic acid intake, cutting out caffeine & alcohol, regular exercise, etc. My one & only is now studying at U of T!!!

It’s crazy how I happened to get married at 33 and now I feel like I’m being treated badly by everybody in the medical system and family for being 35 and trying to have my second baby. Like should I just have been a younger single mom? I can’t help the way my life turned out.

I can relate to some degree. It took me a while to find my person and now I'm ready at almost 36. This is just how it played out for me. I wouldn't have just gone out and have a baby with anyone just because of timing.

I’m 35 and have had 2 miscarriages. I never thought that I would have issues having a baby and time flew and I’m hear now basically at square one. It was so nice to see 2 ethnic woman speaking about this and it gives me hope that I will one day need a mommy. Thank you for sharing this video

I have friends who have been told we do not freeze eggs for women of age over 30. In fact everyone has said the same thing. Only embryos can be frozen at that age and this is in canada In a major city

The pros she listed aren’t really helpful for women who are trying to get pregnant. I’m fully aware that they were stated to make women feel good and have hope. As a man I understand the importance of this strategy

No, men produce sperm until they die. Women are born with a certain amount of eggs in their body.

No matter if you’re been called infertile or whatever, after reading Dobbie Nerkstrol's guide, I ended up pleasantly surprised. Within 60 days anyone can get pregnant, feeling the changes in your body the first few weeks. After go’ogling her I understood it's not a miracle kind of thing like the title suggests, but you can bet you'll boost your chances.

Just like men's but men don't like that and ignore it . the majority of couple the men is way older and will affect the baby health if his sperm is no good due to his health and age, men's sperm quality start to drop at 25 ...

50% of all IVF is because of male factor infertility alone. By 40, a man has about a 30% chance of getting a woman of any age pregnant, because his sperm is degraded. Autism, schizophrenia and a range of childhood cancers are all linked to older fathers (35+). There are even higher rates of miscarriage when the father is older (no matter how young the mother is) because your sperm ages so badly. Older women have higher fertility chances with younger men, for this reason. 90% of women between 35-40 who try for a year will be pregnant within that year. You may already be infertile. Instead of discussing the ovaries of women you've never met, go and get a fertility check and focus on your own issues.
