@-l1-7084 жыл бұрын
@@notnull5878 that didnt even make sense you dooley child
@notnull58784 жыл бұрын
@@-l1-708 Let me explain how mechanical wear injuries like many back injuries work. You have two parts that make contact with each other often, in order to prevent mechanical wear between these two parts often lubrication is added and a load rating is given. Going beyond the load rating could result in mechanical wear resulting in a need to repair or replace the given parts. This is all simply mechanical physics and you can find it in most high school physics textbooks, I'd recommend searching there first so you kinda understand the more basic elements first. In your back there are discs, in your spine, these discs move against each other often as you bend and rotate your back, if you exceed the load with which your back can safely operate, you are liable to slip, hearniate, or wear down these discs, all of which are considered mechanical wear injuries. Since Mr. Rajesh alluded to Mr. Lieus brain hurting from a lack of originality, and it was meant as a reference to the original comment referencing mechanical wear injuries of the back, I could only assume that he meant a lack of originality was supposed to cause a mechanical wear injury in the brain. This ofcourse doesn't happen under normal operation of mechanical parts. Which is why I commented that it is impossible that such a thing would happen. I know understanding concepts such as this can be difficult. As I said, perhaps look at some basic physics textbooks, anatomy textbooks and a little about reading comprehension. I hope that it will help you make sense of such basic concepts.

You have to give a nod to various indigenous tribes who put their dead on those ``treehouse travois'' things? The birds would first eat them, then the wood of the platform would eventually rot (the grapevine with which they secured it or whatever,) and then the bones would fall, to be chewed by wolves. Raccoons/rats probably ate the corpses in the trees, too.

The fact that the remains were found only 2.3 miles from their truck, in an area that had been searched by a big search party, suggests to me that they could have possibly been dumped there after that search. Sure, they could have been there all along and we could wonder how thorough the search party actually was, but it's also just as likely that they just weren't there at the time. It's not uncommon for people to be snatched, killed, and then their killer to hold onto the bodies to dump at a later date. Or, likewise, for people to snatched, held onto for a while, then killed and dumped relatively quickly. Since there was four years in between the search party and the discovery of the remains, it's impossible to determine when those remains got in that location. bodies don't last long in the wilderness, even without being scavenged upon by animals and whatnot. It's possible it took less than 6 months for them to be reduced to nothing but bone.

In that case, why would a killer dump them so close to their truck (though I don't really think it's that close, I think it's totally possible for them to get lost that distance away from the vehicle) where a search party already checked? That makes things look MORE suspicious.
@Alsebra27 күн бұрын
While they were found ~2.3 miles away, that's a searching area of at *least* 16.62 square miles (likely, the search radius was much larger)...depending on terrain and natural formations, even an area that small (in the grand scheme of things...my city covers approximately 48 square miles) would be quite difficult for a full scouring, even if they were using common searching methods.

@Amped4Life2 жыл бұрын
@@maldetete431 Hi! Asking you because I am an amputee and have not tried for SSDI because of this rule. Do they really monitor the amount of money in your bank account? I knew that on SSDI you ARE allowed to work on disability, but I believe your income is capped at about $2k per month (or $X per Y durartion of time). However, I did not know that one's actual bank account could not have more than X amount of money. What if someone gives you a monetary gift or you come into inheritance of an estate and get over $2k as a payout? What if you win the lottery? Any info would be so helpful as you're on disability, because I am considering it myself but this might sway me to live on the cheap and just do without. Having a large amount of cash in my home is a security issue as I live in a large city on a side of town known for crime. I have even had my car stolen, so I want to be extra careful.
@maldetete4312 жыл бұрын
@@Amped4Life as far as I'm aware, yes, they do monitor it. When I was on it, I was allowed, at most, 2,000. I was told by someone from the disability office that it was 2,000 overall in the bank account, not just 2,000 from disability. I use a credit union as opposed to an actual bank, though, so I'm not sure if theres a difference between using a bank (like Bank of America for example) or a credit union. I am not well versed in disability law beyond that knowledge, so I'm not sure what would happen if you came into money from an inheritance or other means. All I do know is that the state I had it in (Connecticut) cut me off of it when I decided to go to college because they deemed me stable enough to not be on disability payments. Best of luck to you and I hope I was able to help in some way.

I'm late on this one, but you guys missed a theory (I don't blame you, there's a lot going on in this case) - because Bobby was disabled after a car accident, he hired someone to help with work around the property. After several weeks, the man they hired learned that Sherilyn was of Indigenous descent, and the family found out that this man was a member of a local white supremacist group. He started hurling racial insults at Sherilyn before she chased him out of the house with her gun (that was later NOT found at the crime scene or anywhere on their property). This is especially interesting when you consider the woman who used to be a member of a local white supremacist group that had a hitlist including Sherilyn. Could this be the same group the man Bobby hired was a part of? He ended up having an alibi and there was no evidence against him, but that doesn't mean he didn't have other group members kill the family. This also fits loosely with the cult theory, as such a group could be considered a kind of cult. Here's my theory of how things played out: we know the family went on a hike before the incident, then got back in their car. I think the Neo-nazis tailed them or waited in ambush and jumped out at the family with guns or blocked their way with another vehicle. The car was found in a way that suggested they weren't parked, but had pulled over unexpectedly. The family would then be forced to get out, leaving their most important belongings and Maisie behind. The family wouldn't have willingly walked over 2 miles through rough terrain, as both parents were disabled. They were probably forced to walk into the woods at gunpoint before being shot, execution-style. The bodies were found in a position that suggests this is how they died. While the remains were too damaged to determine cause of death, a small hole was found in Bobby's head that could be a .22 round. This is the type of gun Sherilyn had, did they perhaps execute the family with their own weapon? I also think this doesn't rule out any meth related theories either, because the family (as well as the white supremacists) could have been involved in the drug trade. Maybe the Jamisons saw something they shouldn't have regarding drugs, and that's why someone killed them. The briefcase full of money was hidden under the car seat, so it's reasonable that the killers wouldn't have found it. There was, however, a missing bag that Sherilyn had been seen packing on the security camera footage. Did this bag also contain cash, but was found by the attackers? This is such a strange case that no one theory perfectly fits. Anyways thanks if you read this far lol [edited for clarity]

TL:DR ‘Ol Bobby hired a man to do yard work while still disabled. The man Bobby hired is a Neo-Nazi but has an alibi for the day the family went missing. Yard boy is also tied to a white supremacist group. The man who has ties to a white supremacist group, has the group murder the family. The theory also doesn’t rule out the possibility for drugs too as the family also may have been involved with drug trade.

About the drugs theory, my aunt and uncle live near a town where the local drug dealer takes his two sons everywhere with him as a form of protection, as the police aren't allowed to attempt an arrest with guns while there are children present (and guns would likely be needed to arrest him). Perhaps taking Madison with them was a desperate attempt to use this logic by two people new to drug dealing, hoping to get one big haul en route to their new life that would give them the money to set them up in that shipping container. However, maybe they miscalculated the nature of the people they were dealing to, especially with the amount of money involved in the transaction.
