Paul sounds like a teacher, the way he gets a point across is rather impressive. Fat shaming is a touchy subject, nice take from all 3 of you.

Of course it’s bad, it sucks. It is what it is. I’m a bit over too, but I exercise, just love to eat , mostly healthy , never junk food. No shaming is ever good, just like skinny shaming isn’t good. I’m clearly against shaming, am not a bully but was bullied for a while in school until I got stronger lol

I appreciate you for sharing that. Just curious, how you feel about Paul's opinion that he shared in the video about offering feedback and constructive criticism to help people improve?

@@TotalFitnessBodybuilding I like it. I feel good about it. I feel like I’m in a circle of people that understand me, and that although no one bullies me right now. Just saying people can become obese for various reasons , not always having to do with ‘oh you are just lazy’ or ‘eat too glutinous’, no it can be underlying health reasons of course. Know of a woman who was a spokesperson for obese people after she lost a lot of weight. Well she got the weight almost all back on. People judge too fast they don’t know what’s going on why someone gains weight and so on. I apologize for the length of this paragraph for you to read.

@@Floridaballer absolutely, we should never judge people - especially when we don't know what they are going through. But regardless of someones situation, improvement is always possible. It might not be perfect, but it can be better than it was before.

@@TotalFitnessBodybuilding agreed. That’s absolutely correct. Regardless of wether one is a little over or a lot overweight, it important for that person to recognize and know who they are , and no one can take that away. And taking it from there, it is a matter of belief in oneself that one can achieve anything. If it doesn’t work one starts from root one, they will eventually be persistent and get it if they want. And now I’m gonna say something else in another paragraph so this one finally ends lol .

@@TotalFitnessBodybuilding This is about swimming pools. I grew up in Germany in the 80’s . In Highschool, bullying / ball busting and the whole nine yards was super trendy, needs were out as were fat students. We had a Physical Ed class in which the whole class would meet once a week it was I think for swimming lessons and to get a bronze, silver or gold swimmer card, which meant a good grade. Now the swimming pool was right next to our school and since it was a city property, there was a restaurant built into it. The restaurant was nothing fancy just for people who pay a fee and go swim inside or outside and then go eat their burger or fries or else. Now I was overweight and we all wore speedos not shorts like today. I was very uncomfortable jumping from the 1 meter block because people in the restaurant were watching us, random people , like we were a zoo 😂. There was a huge glass window that exposed like a fourth of the section of the inside pool. In short I was uncomfortable in speedos infron if everybody and was not great in sports. Today i do walking swimming basketball. Thanks for reading I appreciate it and a final apology for the length of the paragraph.

@@TotalFitnessBodybuilding All for helping people. Seen too many people who were picked on and hurt physically and mentally since grammar school etc, only much later diagnosed by endocrinologists as having serious thyroid issues requiring surgery asap. Saw many MDs prior (internal medicine, ENTs, GPs, even another Endo). Only when nurse at work (well-known co) sent young female employee from job to major hospital ER, did immediate admission occur. BTW, heard medical professionals make hurtful comments to overweight young girls, sorry to say, that never helped at all. These people did not have good lives. I wish it was not so. It's about experience.
