Excellent Work! This exactly how I’d imagine the Doctor would sound if he spoke! I especially love how you took special care to maintain his hysterical giggling/crying while not really making it clear which he was doing. That’s one of my favorite aspects of the actual character. Makes him sound so utterly demented and deranged. Fantastic Job! Cannot WAIT to see what you do with the Hunter!
