Two things. 1: Doodlebob has returned many times in games but not that much in the show. He only had three appearances in the entire show (if you are wondering, he appeared in a modern episode called Pipsqueak. As well as some many other villains from past episodes.) it was never really explained if he can get out or not in the original episode. But in Doodle Dimension. Doodle Sandy and her portal were still there. Meaning that he can canonically get back to the real world in the show. 2. It was never explained why the pencil was magic. Where did the man get the pencil? Does he know it’s magic? Is that why he was so upset when he dropped his pencil into the ocean.
