Blair oh no that’s not what I was trying to say I know people don’t go to therapy their entire lives and I know you can reach a point where you feel like you’re healthy enough to not go anymore but she said she wasn’t going bc of covid and wasn’t doing online sessions and stopping therapy randomly when you still should be going can be very dangerous and make someone feel very unstable I know bc I went to therapy after I experienced abuse and my mom thought I didn’t need to go after a year but after like a month my depression and suicidal thoughts got even worse than they were before I went so I’m saying she could be experiencing something like what I did. I've been in therapy for a decade now and have no intention of stopping any time soon. Mental health ebbs and flows. When I'm doing good I go maybe once a month, when I'm doing bad its every week.
