The influence. Korean judiciary system is hugely male biased. A lot of their laws since the past, specially marital laws are very male biased. Which is one of the reason women there refuse to marry. Cause if something goes wrong, they are done for in all the possible ways. Plus as I said the influence. The people who sued her over and over are very influential people. Corrupted systems prefer that.

Her deleting her account 'claiming' she was hacked won't help her. The court can legally conclude that her account contained damaging evidence against her, and that will be seen as fact. It won't be dismissed, it will actually help prosecutors, they will assume that due to the account being deleted her crimes were actually heinous and malicious, and it won't be a good look for her. She can't shrug and say 'oops' and dust off her sins.

The biggest problem isn't her or any KZbin channel "exposing" idols, the problem is the culture around idols! You heard what she said, even when she realized the objects of her lies found out about her she didn't stop but continued. She has to be punished and made an example of because there are too many channels that promote the same lies. They're real people, humans who have families and friends who will also be affected by these lies. Their livelihood and familial relationships can be affected negatively.
