HalleluYah! Such a blessing to hear you were able to raise funds for the campers to help those in Western North Carolina & Eastern Tennessee. I’m seeing volunteer teams winterizing these homes & others who keep the propane tanks filled. Communities have been bringing in clothes, toys & bikes for the children. Others deliver warm meals daily. Americans helping Americans. Many blessings Dr Berg! 🇺🇸

So sorry to waste my time for a good cause and find out that the people could not afford to maintain the homes and they went in disrepair. Very sad. I will never do that again. Dr. Berg, will you please address the question re: NAC. In your response, you first said NAC but then kept referring to NAD in your response to the question. You said NAC turns into Niacin, but I believe your response is referring to NAD, which was not the question. Thank you.

@Dr. Berg: I think I may be one of those cases that my body is releasing excessive amount of cortisol to compensate for lower liver sugar because I am doing healthy keto, exercise, and take your recommended vitamins for optimal health and I’m still experiencing high levels of cortisol every day. But I found a solution to this: L-Theanine Amino acid. I take 400mg every day and it helps to reduce cortisol and anxiety.

Doc Berg, I had my gall bladder removed in 1990. I have a problem with my Eyes now. I check myself daily with a Glucose monitor. 90% of the time it is 4.2 to 5.6. My blood pressure is 115/70 and Pulse 50-56. Is this OK? I normally walk 4 to 10 miles a day. My issues are eye related. My eye doctor had me do 2 days in the hospital to check for sleep apnea. Also, my heart beats and my sleeping heart rates. I sleep 7-9 hours a night. I had my cataracts removed in 2003; And was told I had glaucoma at that time. I have 4 brothers and they do not have eye problems. I am loosing my eyesight and the eye doctors say I am fine and my eye pressures are 9-12 using eye drops to maintain the pressures. I take every vitamin out there. Take optic nerve vitamins, D3, B3, C, etc...

I have a 6 year old granddaughter who has been getting horrible congestion in her chest for the past couple of years. 2 years ago my daughter took her to 3 different doctors trying to get her help because the congestion was extremely bad, yet NO ONE would give her antibiotics, only steroids and she wasn't getting any better. Finally, there was a doctor who gave her an antibiotic and she improved greatly. Come find out, there has been a shortage on Amoxicillin. Even others have been denied antibiotics except for very small infants... I know you do not approve antibiotics, but my question is how much Vitamin D3 should you give a 6 year old who weighs 48 pounds? Also, do you suggest that she be given anything else that will help her?

First of all make sure you're having a healthy gut to properly absorb nutrients, avoid tap water and toxins, avoid gluten too as it can inhibit the ability to absorb vitamins properly, and second use probiotics to enhance absorption and heal your gut, and finally increase consumption of foods like sardines, meat etc... if you have deeper deficiency you may need supplement, chose the active form like methylcobalamin
