Not throwing a ball two handed! It's the body motion, lower body and upper body segmental sequencing I'm talking about. Nothing about the hands. Never mentioned the hands. This is an explanation of the transfer of angular momentum using braking forces and directing the action for the swing direction to create a functional swing path.
