Now imagine if when you hit an enemy from stealth and far away, the other NPCs actually go check on him, start looking for any attacker, but also drag the "injured" NPC away and heal him, if there's a healer, or something like that, in the camp. Don't remember which game I played that had something similar to it.

I played closed beta (invite-only) and the game was so trash I can't even describe it. It will fail massively. It's a conan reskin, but so much worse. Not sure if this video has been sponsored, because how can you watch this and think it gets "better and better"? Cmon...

​@@feedy303really? I've never played conan só I can't say a thing about that. But it looks nice and legit to me. It really looks fun to me. I agree with most parts he said, specially the need of a combat overhaul. More than that, it's not behind from most MMOs out there. I'll play Throne and Liberty for PS5 on the next days, and even though they have different purposes. The main difference that I can see for now is that one has good combat and the other not. But if these events and things to do go along well with a good combat I would spend dozens or hundreds of hours playing it.

My interest dropped the moment I found out it was developed by Funcom. I know people like to make fun of a lot of Triple-A studios like Blizzard and Bioware but no studio, and I repeat no studio has done less with more then Funcom. It is the worst Triple-A studio by a mile.

An eays fix for the issue with group size could be if all players of a group share the harvested spice. You would have to make a conscious decision how much spice you expect and how many players make it economical or otherwise do something else. Reg. the consuption of spice: I hope you can turn into a fish if you eat enough :]

They are the Conan exile devs… I loved Conan exiles back in early access & they actually finished it and brought it PASSED the 1.0 official release (not many devs can say as much) not that I played Conan for the long run but EA felt decently polished and them continuing it for a long while is a good sign for me at least

I hope PvE stuff is difficult. The main characteristic of survival in Dune/Arrakis is that it’s BRUTAL. I don’t want to go in and dispatch 30 enemies swiftly like I am the Lisan al-Ghaib himself.

Im not a fan of how none of the enemies are bleeding when shot or stabbed. Also im not a fan of a disconnected city/player hub thats stupid, it should be in the main world, Starfield suffered for this same reason.

The animators need to re animate… sadly I don’t see that happening because reanimating rigs may break the game and make them have to do so much more coding than they probably desire when they may already have a fully functional movement system (janky looking or not) I guess we’ll see though! Interestingly enough, all of your concerns regarding this game are the exact pitfalls of Conan Exiles. Clunky combat, zerg groups controlling the end game content, etc... In Conan, large groups could literally grief a server by building/blocking key features of the map. Time will tell I suppose.

The shooting needs some work to. I don't like the red cross which suddenly shows up when hitting enemies. It looks really bad. It really looks like a temporarily graphic until the real graphic is done. They should instead do some kind of half transparent punch like graphic when you hit enemies.

Our system is not DMC - ffs ... bro Devil May cry has one of the best melee systems :))) When will we get a DMC stylish melee open world to clear camps ... shooting looks solid , melee looks bad bro , they have to massively improve that if they want people to play this AND its a mmo , so you gonna be looking at that crap animations for hours / days ...
