Doing this shows me what they are doing better, and how I can improve my quality so that my videos look and sound more professional. If you study your content and theirs too, you should be able to find quite a few things that you can improve in your next video. And the more you do this the more your content will improve (I still do this with every upload). And as your videos get more and more professional, the views will start to come in. It's hard being patient, but good content will eventually get recognized!

I think the group were sleeping in their tent when a katabatic wind occurred. It would have been like a crushing avalanche of air. Its uncommon but not unusual in those conditions and apparently the slope on the pass that they set up camp on was the perfect slope for that kind of wind. It would have flattened the tent with immense pressure, essentially turning their shelter into a trap, constricting and suffocating them, it would have been impossible to survive in the tent and when they cut their way out it would have been impossible to survive outside staying with the tent, it also may have been difficult if possible at all to retrieve anything from the tent while it was being flattened by the wind. Now outside the tent in temperatures of -20° to -30° the wind would have been pushing them around while pelting them with ice and snow and stones. It seems like the group hurriedly packed a tight pile of snow on the tent in the centre to stop it from blowing away then placed a torch on top as a beacon and left to seek other shelter to wait for the wind to subside. On Kholat Syakhl, there are 4 main ridges that run down the mountain; The north-east ridge, the east ridge which leads to Dyatlov pass, the south-west ridge and the north-west ridge. The group was camped towards the peak where the north-east and east ridges connect, if the group had gone down towards the trees at the bottom of the mountain between the east ridge/Dyatlov pass and the south-west ridge, it would have lead them to the their storage house which would have provided shelter from the cold and wind, they would have had supplies and been able to bunker down and start a fire. I believe they misjudged the direction and went towards the trees at the bottom of the mountain between the north-east ridge and the east ridge/Dyatlov pass by mistake. The location the bodies were found and the storage house were both around the same distance from tent but on opposite sides of Dyatlov Pass. The group then realised they were lost and that the distance they had traveled in life threatening conditions had been in vain, they were now almost a mile from the tent and with the winds too strong to make it back up the mountain, they lit a fire by the big cedar tree to stay as warm as possible while they figured out what to do next or waited with the hopes that the wind would subside soon. It seems like Doroshenko and Krivonischenko had scrapes and bruises consistent with climbing and hoisting themselves up a tree, possibly to get wood for the fire and also possibly to try and get a better view of their surroundings, the tent or to look for the storage house. The tip of Krivonischenko's nose was missing which could have been caused by him scraping it against the tree while climbing it as traces of skin were found embedded in the trunk, Krivonischenko and Doroshenko being away from the fire for long periods would explain why it seems like they died of hypothermia first while the group were all waiting around the fire. It seems like The other hikers pulled and tore clothes for themselves from the two bodies, leaving them in their underwear. This would also explain the trace amounts of radiation found on clothes worn by some members of the group as a couple of the hikers actually worked with radiation in their jobs, Krivonischenko was one of them, he worked in a plutonium plant. We also know for certain that Doroshenko was moved and repositioned at least 3 hours after his death as he was found by search parties laying on his front but Livor Mortis had already begun to set in. Livor mortis is the 4th stage of death where the blood in the body starts to settle towards the ground because of gravity, causing a blueish-purple bruising like discolouration in the parts/side of the body closest to the ground. In Doroshenko’s case, this was visible across his shoulders and the back of his neck indicated that he was laying on his back when he died or for some time immediately following his death. Note that Livor Mortis begins to occur at least 20 minutes after death but does not progress to the point where it is visible until at least 3 hours after death. It is also possible that freezing temperatures may have slowed this process down. Then the group moved 75m along the tree line to dig out a shelter in the side of the ravine to protect themselves from the cold and wind but the shelter collapsed, 4 metres of snow and ice came crushing down on Zolotaryov, Thibeaux-Brignollles and Dubinina causing their fatal head and chest injuries, and injuring Slobodin which explains his non lethal skull fracture, kolevatov was not crushed but died of hypothermia while caved in at the back of the collapsed shelter cradling Zolotaryov. The ravine during other seasons is actually a creek and when it began to thaw it partially washed Dubinina out from under the snow, leaving her body face down in the flowing water, she was missing her eyes, tongue and tissue from around her nose and cheeks due to her chest and face decaying much faster in the water than the rest of her frozen body. Post mortem photos do indicate that her face was in the more advanced stages of decay than the rest of her and the others bodies. This leaves Slobodin, Dyatlov, and Kolmogorova who tried to make it back to the tent but one by one died of hypothermia at different points along the way. This theory may not be as sensationalised as yetis or aliens, it doesn’t involve an avalanche as there were no signs of one and the group were experienced enough to know avalanches are extremely unlikely on a slope as gradual as the one they were camped on, it doesn’t involve drink or drugs because these individuals knew better and took ski-hiking seriously since they were doing this for certifications and qualifications, it doesn’t demonise indigenous people known to be peaceful, and doesn’t point fingers at the government or secret service when there was no evidence of their presence or involvement. No footprints belonging to anyone other than the 9 members of Dyatlov’s group were ever found in the area nor was there any signs of damage to the area that would indicate weapon detonations. It’s more likely that the cause was a collection of factors centred around exposure to the elements since exposure is often the most common cause of death for hikers. Something similar to this case actually happened at Anaris Mountain, Sweden in 1978 on a near identical slope where 8 individuals died and one was seriously injured but survived, the cause was a katabatic wind. (I have updated this comment to cover everything discussed in the replies as people keep disputing the same points over and over after I’ve already explained them in replies to others. Thanks)

@@calixto3754 No damage to the area that would indicate weapons detonation or footprints from anyone other than the 9 members of the group were ever found. The only trace amounts of radiation were found on clothing worn by certain members of the group, a couple of the hikers actually worked with radiation, Krivonischenko was one of them, he worked in a plutonium plant and we know that other members salvaged some of his clothes for themselves after he died. Dubinina was missing her tongue, eyes and tissue around the cheeks and nose, she was found face down in a thawing creek so her face may have started to deteriorate faster in the water, it could have also been an animal as animals usually target the soft tissues of the exposed face, and the rest of her body was likely frozen solid at the time. The tip of Krivonischenko's nose was missing which could have been caused by animals or from him scraping it against the ceder tree while climbing it as traces of skin were found embedded in the trunk, it seems like Doroshenko and Krivonischenko had scrapes and bruises consistent with climbing and hoisting themselves up a tree, this would explain why the hypothermia got to them first, being away from the fire too long. I believe they were the tallest so were the ones climbing the tree to get wood for the fire and possibly to get a better view of the tent to make sure it hadn't blown away, one or more members of the group had packed a pile of snow on top of the tent in the centre and placed a torch on the pile as a beacon before leaving down the pass.

I think people are confused to the cause of death being labeled as hypothermia, is not suppose to be an explanation of the events that lead to the demise of the group, but of what their bodies finally succumbed to, that's why one of them have a different death cause, as an example, if you're shot, you usually die because of blood lost, but if you're shot in a vital organ, you die by organ failure (by the way, I know the classification is fatal gunshot, but this is just an example).

In light of all the speculation surrounding what happened at Dyatlov Pass, the only survivor, Yuri Yudin, was often asked what he thought happened to his companions. He maintained until his death in 2013 that the Soviet military had to be involved in the deaths. Yudin believed his friends stumbled across a military exercise and that the Soviet government bore responsibility for the loss of his companions. He said that all his companions were expert hikers and skiers and were well equipped to handle natural phenomena like avalanches or snowstorms. Yudin noted that after searchers found the campsite, the military was more concerned with what the skiers were doing in the area, not what had happened to them. After searchers found the hikers, Yudin was asked to identify the items collected at the campsite. Yudin said some items did not belong to his fellow hikers, including glasses, a pair of skis, fragments of a ski, and a piece of cloth he identified as part of a soldier's coat. In a journal that Yudin kept all his research of the event in, which came to light after his death, Yudin referred to "soldiers' tape" and wrote he was confident it was among the items he was asked to identify. Yudin claims in his journal that he tried to bring this to the colonel's attention who was with him at the time, but he ignored it. Yudin speculated that before the official search found the hikers' campsite, the military had already been there and pointed to these items as proof. Yudin also posed the rhetorical question: if something as mundane as an avalanche caused the death of his friends, why did the government close the case so quickly and mark it as classified? Yudin also noted in his journal that there was one factor at the site of his friends' deaths that none of the "normal" suggestions could explain: the mild radioactivity of the clothes and bodies of the deceased hikers.

But until now i (and others) can falsify all theories, every theory have some weak points. 1./ What do you think about the new book ""1079: The overwhelming force of Dyatlov Pass" by Igor Pavlov and Teodora Hadjiyska. ? They explain the wounds with a fallen tree. 2./ Second question: are you absolutely sure that the tent was really there ? 3./ Third: why did the authorities have documents about the dead of the 9 with date 6.2. already ? 4./ Radioactivity: one worked as a helper at the greatest nuclear accident in UdSSR, i think only his clothes were contaminated.

If I've learned ANYTHING from all the true crime podcasts I've consumed.... there's always more to the story, and never underestimate the gross negligence of the people responsible for documenting and investigating crime scenes. I reached the same conclusion over the burns but why did they need to cut themselves out of the tent in the first place? Something forced them to seek shelter elsewhere and leaving so quickly they didn't have a chance to put on their gear? Even if one or two of them went crazy the others could have subdued them. Figuring out who or what chased them out of the shelter would probably solve the entire mystery.

I'm sure they have re[ports on it somewhere over there, but it was either destroyed, or it is buried in warehouses of "confidential" information. It's not like Russia has become a bastion of freedom even today after the fall o the USSR. Putin was KGB himself, and they know exactly how valuable information is, regardless of how long they hide it. They claimed that Hitler escaped for decades after confiscating his bones. Not until maybe the last 10 years, or so has anyone outside even been able to view the bones, or test them. Last I heard when they got tested they were found to be female, but I'd have to look it up. The Soviet government almost certainly was responsible for what happened to them. Some part of a drug/mind control experiment, weapons test, etc. Even more likely they covered it up no matter what happened. Odds are that they were killed by the Soviet soldiers to hide experiments. Their actions definitely suggest that they must have been on drugs, and suffering some sort of mass paranoid delusion.

There's a lot of things that make this interesting and weird. Two of the most important things to mention are: 1. each of these guys had extensive skiing and hiking experience, they had the highest level of certification for hiking and skiing that you could get in the soviet union at the time. So they understood the dangers and how to prepare for things like avalanches, snowstorms, etc. This means even if it was an avalanche, it wouldn't have been as deadly or chaotic as if you or I got caught in an avalanche. They would know how to handle the situation. So I firmly believe that it wasn't an avalanche or snowstorm. As well, each of them were very, very smart, each one studying some type of engineering, physics, and one studying nuclear physics. 2. The investigation into these missing people had only started roughly a month after they left. However, documents we now have show that the Russian Government supposedly already knew about the deaths as early as February 6th, two weeks before the official investigation would start. That's a long time to wait before an investigation is started into the possible deaths of 9 missing people. Especially, if you know that they already are dead. This hike also had to be approved by government officials I believe. So it wasn't just them going off hiking with friends, they had to get this hike and their route officially approved. So multiple people knew where these guys were going and had contact with them before all of this happened. They had also setup a planned telegram for they day they planned to return, which was February 12th. This means they told people 'hey, I'll telegram you when we get back so you know we're safe' or something of that sort. Another thing is that they setup camp halfway up the mountain, not at the base. I remember from another video I watched on this it was said that severe and strange weather for the area threw them off course of their actual hiking path, which made them consider if they should retreat to the forest to setup camp or setup camp where they were on the mountain. We know this because of the pictures they took and the fact that they had diaries and journals that they were writing in. I like how this mentions that their footsteps were as if they were together in an orderly fashion. This is because they were. All of them retreated to forest after cutting their way out of the tent. 4 of the people were found deeper into the forest with a makeshift shelter. Now keep in mind this is about a mile away away from their campsite if not further, and is the original area they thought about setting up camp after they got lost. There were 2 people found at the edge of the forest by the campfire, and 3 people found in a way that seemed like they were going back up to the camp to get things. This shows me that they were still rational, as they divided each other into teams. One to setup shelter, one to keep lookout on the edge of the forest, and the last one to likely go retrieve equipment and supplies. One thing I didn't hear mentioned in this video is the guy that was meant to join another expedition but had to join this one instead, was a military veteran, and he had a tattoo on his arm that, to my knowledge, no one has been able to translate or understand what it means to this day. It also couldn't have been in avalanche for some other reasons: 1. The footprints, leading from the tent to around a mile down hill towards the forest they were found in. If there was an avalanche that mile long trail of footprints would have been covered up and hidden but they weren't, in fact it wasn't actually until around 1600 meters down slope that the footprints started to become harder to see. This would be the opposite of an avalanche. 2. The fact that the tent was completely cut open from the inside. If there was snow and ice on top of the tent, I feel like it would be pretty hard to cut open the tent and escape through there instead of the opening. This would mean they left the tent before it was buried by the snow. 3. According to doctors that had done the autopsies the injuries they had sustained were equal to those sustained by the force of getting hit by a car, however there were no external injuries. I've never been hit by an avalanche but I would think that if it can produce that much force that there would be bruising on your body because it's something physically hitting and touching you. To me such injuries sound like you'd be getting hit by a Shockwave or some other type of unseeable force. The people found at the edge of the forest by the fire were in nothing but their underwear. This is strange but also makes sense. Hypothermia, strangely gives your body the feeling that it's hot and burning after awhile even though you're actually super cold and numb and dying. It would make sense that the hypothermia and being next to the fire made them feel as if they were burning hot and they stripped down to try and get cooler further accelerating their death. There is signs that one of the two had climbed a tree near the campfire. As to why, who knows but, I believe it was to get a better vantage point to see what was going on and where the team that was sent back to get supplies was. We know this because analysis revealed that there was skin cells on the bark of the tree, as if someone tried to climb it until their hands started to get skin peeled off. These two bodies were also found turned over after death, as if out of respect for them or something. Now remember, 4 of the members were setting up shelter deeper in the forest while these two waited for the other 3 to return. The other 3 didn't return, and as far as we know the other 4 didn't have further contact with the other two groups. I think Katabatic Winds does make sense, as they occur at night and can reach hurricane wind speeds and force. However, does the mountain they were on allow that to happen? I've read that apparently Yuriy Yudin, the one person that went back due to health issues said that they were shown the scene and items found there, and there were some there that were new to them. In otherwards, supposedly there was new items that Yudin didn't remember them having. Now this could easily be explained by faulty memory or Yudin just not being aware of all the supplies the other 9 people had brought with them (remember this is 9 adults each in their 20s or 30s). However, up until 2013 (when Yudin died) Yudin was the last person alive to have talked with or been with the group so I'm willing to believe them. I personally think that it is a government coverup. Apparently there are reports on on the same day they died the government was doing missile testing in the area. Now the government and military claim that the missile testing was happening much farther north than were Dyatlov and his group were at. However, nearby residents claimed to have seen glowing lights above the mountain were Dyatlov and his group were hiking. Many radioactive isotopes glow different colors when burned or an electrical signal is sent through them. On top of this supposedly one of the people at the scene when doing his report noticed that the trees in the forest they were at had their tops scorched off them, he was told to not mention this in his report though. Too me it sounds like Soviet Military Weapons Tesring caused the incident, which is why the government knew about the deaths 2 weeks before the investigation even began. It would also explain the injuries, shockwaves from explosions are strong, break bones, damage internal organs, and leave no outside wound. It also makes sense because it would explain why Yudin saw items that he didn't recognize when he was shown the scene. 3 of the people had government connections. Assuming the 2 who had their body turned over after death were 2 of those 3, the military or government could have done it as a way to honor their fellow 'Comrade.'

Can you clarify these order of events based off your theory? 1. Photos were taken of the “UFO lights,” which were likely tested missiles 2. Very well done. A lot of detail. A few things to note: After leaving the group, instead of returning to Sverdlovsk, Yudin retuned to his hometown and was unaware of his friends’ late return. Under pressure from the families, authorities began the search. None left the tent in underwear. All of them had on multiple layers of clothing sans heavy coats and boots. It just wasn’t enough clothing for the conditions they were facing. There is no official reason given for the fluid from Yuri D. mouth although it is suspected it might have happened from a fall (perhaps from the tree). There is nothing in the case files to suggest that Dyatlov’s body had been moved post mortem. The missing incisor had been removed some time before. Slobodin’s body was not moved post mortem. Under his body was a thin layer of ice where snow had melted under the warmth of the body and then quickly froze signifying that he had died where he was found and had not been moved. There is nothing in the autopsy reports that state that Dubinina’s eyes and tongue had been removed. All it states is that they are missing. The autopsy specifically states that damage to the face was a result of decomposition “rot and decay” from being underwater for so long. Zolotaryov’s death was not ruled as hypothermia. It was listed as the same as Dubinina (chest injury, internal bleeding, etc.) Although the chest injuries are strange, the medical examiner listed a fall from a significant height as a possible explanation of the injuries. The radiation was found on localized parts of three pieces of clothing. There is no mention in the case files that radiation was found anywhere other than these three items of clothing. One explanation for the radiation could stem from the fact that the items of clothing belonged to two hikers that had previously worked jobs that might have placed them in close proximity to radioactive materials.

Nick Crowley yes, it’s hard to find accurate data. dyatlovpass.com has all of the original case files; both scans of the original documents in Russian as well as translated English copies. There is also a book called “Dead Mountain” written by Donnie Eichar who developed the karmen vortex/infrasound theory. Although, like you, I don’t agree with the theory it is definitely worth the read as it delves deeply into the dynamics of the group based off of interviews, one of which is with Yudin.

I believe that the reason they found their footsteps in single file is because when they ran out of the tent it was dark outside and they didn't want to get separated from the group. I've suffered from hyperthermia with basically the opposite of paradoxical undressing. I was so overheated as a kid during a hurricane that I started shivering and wandering around gathering blankets. My vision was dim, and I felt very drowsy, almost as if in a dream. I vaguely remember laughing and joking with a weak voice, and then getting extremely agitated when my family, shocked and scared, began tearing the blankets away from me and forcing me to put my feet in cold water. I mean, I was furious. I can imagine such extreme temperatures in the body could really exacerbate any mental distress that's already happening, especially if radiation toxicity from an orphan source is also at play.

The burns I feel do have a theory it's possible they burned their feet and hands while trying to stay warm keeping them way too close to the fire in order to stay alive. It lands on the infrasound explanation and, from memory, recounts some tests that we conducted at the site after the incident which lent weight to this explanation. I’ve experienced one infrasound event in my life, it was absolutely terrifying. It filled me, and the person I was with, with complete dread and was the most powerful emotional experience I have ever experienced. I have no doubt it could make you flee into a dangerous situation, esp if it was an ongoing experience, mine only lasted a few seconds, but that was more than enough.

The theory that I think is the most realistic is: The make shift stove’s ashes, that one of the hikers had brought on the trip with them, reignited while everyone was asleep. They slit the tent a few times, to vent the smoke. And eventually, got out. They decided to head down to the wooded area as being in the open while in freezing cold temperatures would kill them. Some created a fire, while the more well dressed went further into the woods. Those ones that went further made a small avalanche or landslide, or something, which forced them off a few meter cliff. They died from the injuries. And the rest died over a fading flame. This is a very, very summarized version of a theory LEMMiNO made on the topic. While this seems to be the most logical answer, considering this is Russia, it’s a sure possibility that some government thing happened.

Hypothermia did kill most of them. That's not to say something else didn't cause hypothermia to kill them. But the cause of death being freezing isn't inaccurate. For example let's say me and you are hiking on a -30° mountain and I decided to cut your eyes out and you bit off your tongue while I did it. Then I stripped you naked and left you probably wouldn't die from those injuries you'd freeze before you bled out probably depending how quickly your wounds clot or freeze up. Now surely if this happened I murdered you but still the cause of death would be hypothermia because the wounds didn't kill you before the cold did. Hope this helps you understand.

Not that huge a mystery. First you need to remember they were using 1950's gear, not the modern coats, boots and tents of today. Photos show it was snowing earlier that day. Snow melts, coats, boots, pants, mitts get wet and would need to be dried over night before wearing again. Wet clothes in freezing weather is the kiss of death. Scenario or leaving the tent quickly. Stove pipe comes undone or breaks, tent quickly fills with smoke and or they believe fire will break out. Old tent, unlike modern tents, no zipper, just 2 to 3 flaps in the entrance all tied down with straps, fastest way to get out is cut through the side. Wet items left behind, useless. Calm orderly walk toward the tree line hoping to use the wood to light a fire, which they did. But in a fairly open space a fire wouldn't do much good, any heat it produces would dissipate fast. Hypothermia starts to set in. A "this is all your fault" scenario ensues and a fist fight breaks out. Wounds support this on some of the bodies. Some decide to try going back to the tent to retrieve anything that might stave off the cold but it's already too late, hypothermia too far advanced and they don't make it. Others dig a shelter in the snow but the shelter collapses on them causing the internal injuries reported, snow is very heavy. After the first few deaths, some survivors take the clothes off the bodies and put them on, explaining why some had multiple pants and shirts on while others were down to their underwear. They all died of hypothermia or the cave in of the shelter. Only two sweaters showed small traces of radiation and they belonged to two people who happened to work in a nuclear plant so no great mystery there. If there had been some sort of radiation blast of any kind then ALL the clothes would have shown radiation exposure. A lot of details we will never know. Like who died first, who died last, who decided to make for the tree line, who climbed the trees, who dug the shelter. But overall it isn't such a mystery. Just bad luck, freezing weather and poor decision making. Although to be fair, once they had to leave the tent in a hurry I'm not sure what else they could have done other than maybe having a spare tent on hand. This is just my opinion and theory based on everything I've read and seen here on YT.

Plus stomach contents were examined during autopsy and the only abnormal thing found was one of the girls had blood in her stomach. If I'm not mistaken it was the same girl who's tongue was missing. If she bit off her tongue then it's no surprise she'd have injested blood from the wound.

@@cactuslietuva But that doesn't add up with the injuries. There's another level to the mystery that doesn't compute, I'll try to explain. Yes. Every action they took leaving the tent aligned with the hypothesis of CO2 poisoning. They realized they were all intoxicated beyond safe levels far too late. They weren't coordinated enough to open the front of the tent, so someone cut through the side and they all spilled out. Then one by one they made their way down the hill, stumbling, dying, freezing, falling over, they picked up what clothes they could off of the dead and stumbled forward. They died next to each other. But then these wounds man... Both temples internally bleeding for one guy, eyes gone, tongue ripped out for one. Blunt force trauma to the chest hard enough to rupture organs and have their liquid spill out of the persons mouth. They are extremely hard to explain away. That girls tongue was likely ripped out while she was alive, that man was dying already how would he have the strength to climb a tree, why would he climb a tree? There isn't a clear answer as to how every single one of these people died in a gruesome and horrific way. There isn't a clear answer as to why these wounds were inflicted by so called scavengers so soon after they died. Those bodies freeze fast, how much time does a scavenger really have to rip out eyes and pry open a mouth and rip out the tongue before the body is a block of ice and those things can no longer be accomplished? Nothing about it makes sense, they all died so horribly, they all made their way down the hill with purpose, to get as far away from the tent as quickly as possible. Then some may have tried to turn back but it was too late. It doesn't make any sense, why were they so scared of what was in the tent that they purposely left and went down into certain death. Why did they all die that way if it was only CO2 poisoning. They wouldn't have left the area, they wouldn't have left to go into the cold, they would have vomited and stumbled and fallen and gasped for real air, it doesn't make any sense. They would have passed out, they wouldnt move down the hill, all of them at once. Look I'm not good at explaining why it is none of this makes sense but thats the essence of it.

My opinion is that every crime is much simpler then human can imagine and complicate things! I personally think that they was attacked by a group of people (unknown) and beaten to death one by one! meh, theres some holes in that theory. first of all, they died in different areas at different times, in various levels of undress. (for example, if the first 2 were attacked first and the rest fled, how would the rest have taken their clothes?) the theory would only work if some were killed, then others fled and then were found again, which seems unlikely as they were skilled hikers so im sure they could've thrown someone off their trail. also the movement of the bodies, makes more sense that it was done out of respect, if the attackers moved the bodies why not hide them?

honestly i do believe that the soviet union could have covered it up. my parents lived in times when we were still a part of it, and after the chernobyl tragedy, newsletters and such, would publish articles on how it's "safe" to stay there after less than a year, and would continue doing so for a while. my mother and grandmother even went there a year after the incident. maybe the soviets were dumping large amounts of radioactive material nearby, since they have done so in the past, even if they didnt notice the travelers, radioactive poisoning would've definitely ruined some parts of the hikers' body, such as fucking up their bones, making it easier to break them.

It was probably the Soviets blowing something up in an airburst explosion relatively close to them and then trying to cover it up. A sudden shockwave could explain the weird extreme injuries and the broken bones without bruises and the sudden panic. And along with a cover up could explain the possible fist fight injuries, the single file march, the inconsistent autopsy evidence, the reports of lights in the sky, and potentially the low levels of radiation.

Experienced hikers(like these guys) would ALWAYS try to travel single file in snow, google it... It makes it far,FAR easier on a group, minimizes fatigue by taking turns at breaking trail through unpacked deep snow,AND means only one or two people are at risk if there's a hidden crevasse or perhaps thin ice on hidden water ahead of the group
