As a father I’ve been on both sides of the wall.. non resident and resident. I’ve experienced extreme sexism from social workers, and the judges just follow the social workers views. The bias to believe the mother without evidence by default is shocking. There is no justice for children in the family courts. I cannot believe there is no campaign about sexism. I wish we could all group our stories and put them forward to parliament.

Just wanted to say thanks. Been through an 18 month battle self representing. I quashed the malicious non mol utilised to get lehal aid and won battles against her barristers and s7 authors. I prepped a 150 page witness statement and committed exhausting work... but it was worth it. Thanks for all the videos it helped so much. I am starting to assist others and may well persue work as a McKenzie friend

Good for you! My husband's ex wife crawled out the woodwork wanting money off us when she saw an article that we'd bought a well known listed building. Then came the non molestation orders 😂 he hasn't even seen the mad bint for 10 years, old claims that he controlled what she wore etc etc. And he sent her 1 text asking to see his daughter. Non molestation got granted automatically 🤯🤯

100% not in the best interest of children, it's all about what mummy demands, mummy throws her toys out the pram and the court adheres to her temper tantrums. The judge just kisses mummy's feelings better and the father has to die spiritually inside because he isn't allowed to feel or he becomes labeled as coercive, controlling, psychological abuser and emotional abuser.

Going through this myself, the police will probably be involved at some point and they are trained to spot bs

@@John-hk8ek Police are already involved. This is the second time now. Children have not seen Dad for 2 years. Yet made more allegations 3 months ago. She's done it against all the family now. Accusing me of being an alcoholic(I don't drink not even socially) and their Grandad a pedo👀ile. She's accused my Son yet again. We can't get anyone to listen. It's ruining my family 😭

@@indieskiesscorp9445 had it done to me three times, police have just closed my case again as no further action, try and report everything that's done to the police and keeps dates of everything and allegations , the courts will start to see a pattern in the end
