Dhyana(meditation) comes after Dharana(concentration).But in video why Dr.Anjali uttered it before Dharana?Although the pictorial presentation is correct.(First Dharana or concentration,then Dhyana or meditation).

I am a jain and in our religion they teach us meditation in a very young age like I was doing since 5th class, but jaise jaise bade huye age badi , distractions and medical College environment etc I had just forgot that we all indians has this gem of meditation ,and we doctors have pearls like you both ,kal mera inicet ka exam h still I m here to watch your video for the too much positivity content . Oh god, this video really as if i am always finding. Or i can say my mind is searching. I had through with whole lot in me life past some years, after some really bad happened, i am dealing with constant fear ,anger, rage and anxiety. I realised myself and I started practicing meditation. I was quite practicing but thought come during meditation, i every time feeling meditation is not working for me. For meditation to happen body and mind should calm and relaxed. As such some basic streching exercises should be done before and then alternate nostril breathing that is anulom vilom pranayam to calm mind. Then only we are prepared to sit and enjoy mediation. For beginners guided meditation is the best, which you will easily find in Art of Living channel. Yes ,Sudarshan Kriya has been scientifically proved to be providing lots of benefits for its practitioners and which is practiced worldwide daily. Thanks for sharing.

You might be knowing the Art of Living or maybe you don't. One hearty request to you, yes you the one who's reading this, just do a breath and meditation course once. Not for anyone but for yourself. Do it without expecting any miracle the next day. Just keep doing it. I promise that day will surely come when you will see changes within. But why am I telling you this, because I'm an Art of Living volunteer. I have experienced all of this and I want you to have the same. Every volunteer you see has the same intention. We want more and more people to experience it. Your opinion about meditation at this very moment might be positive or negative or just neutral. Do yourself a favour. Do the course once.

*_Summary-_* *1) sit on a proper palce, in comfortable position, ur back should be straight.* *2) close ur eyes, a little smile on ur face,just let ur brain relax.* *3)Hear ur surroundings voice, slowly came to hear ur internall voice.* *4)then complete at least 9 breathing cycle.* *5) Hear and pronounce ‘om’ which is scientifically proven for meditation, do this at least 5 minutes.* *6) open ur eyes with sweet smile on ur face ,get up and feel how u r feeling after meditate.* *Thank me later. ♥️*

Steps First close your eyes and let your brain anything to memorize Then feel the voice sournding Then feel the voice of your inner body part Then close your 1 nose and then hold for 10-15 second and do a cycle of 9 time or more by changing your nose Then do om chanting Then you are done with a happy smile
