Especially when you said you both have similar taste in decorating cakes... Im a home baker, cakes, cookies, bars & especially macarons. So I love channels for baking in general :) Oh and the way you love gold , thats how I feel about silver.. I agree with you.. It would have also looked great on your cake design !!

Wow this is freaking insanely beautiful!!! Can I ask how your buttercream isn’t coming off in little chunks seeing as it’s been in the freezer for a bit? As soon as I try and smooth my chilled cakes it comes off in little bits constantly.

No I do! But that is usually if I leave them in too long. I prefer a residential fridge and freezer to commercial. They seem to not have as much humidity.
