This is an awesome tutorial. Thank you so much! One of my first “No duh!” moments was your comment about printing a copy of it as reference. Oh my goodness, why had I never thought of that as I struggled to figure out what to do next!? - Lynn

Great video. You make it look so easy! I tried your suggestion and used the transfer seat from a previous vinyl project inside the last shirt I made. It made it so much easier to layer.

Nice video! I keep running into layers not lining up right after the first layer.

You have great talent as a designer. I would love if you could explain in a future video how you proceed to combine different types of HTV in one project. Best use for each of them, what not to do….maybe not with this project, I think I would get overwhelmed. Lol. Thanks

Hi! Love this tutorial, learned many different tips to use. I was wondering what that little square was that you were rubbing on the design after pressing.

I came across your video and love what you did. How is the white layer that you’re using to line up pieces not adhering to the shirt?
@CuttinCornersVinyl2 жыл бұрын
Because I didn’t heat it to the shirt

Heyyyyy Betsy, omg i needed this tutorial because my design for my shirt is literally layers! But i do have 2 questions. 1. What is that clear thing that you put inside the shirt? 2. Also, for the Teflon sheet, i actually don't have the heat press thing that you but the regulae easypress. Is there anywwhere that i could get the sheet cover and the teflon sheet that you used to cover the top part of the heatpress? Do i even need one? I would appreciate you answering these questions because ya girl is soooo confused lol

Hello. May God bless you or as we say in the south “bless your heart”! Lol! 😊💜 I have health issues as well so I know the struggle is real! I am a sickle cell warrior and I started an apparel design business that I hadn’t even been able to run for a whole year. I am just now getting my business back up and running. Every day is different for me so I never know when I am going to be in pain or not. I have pain pretty much everyday, but I have learned to work a within my limitations. I mostly do my work at night bc I am a night owl and I have more energy at night for some reason. lol! I say all this to say that I hope you continue to thrive in your business and succeed with your channel! Praying that hour health improves so you can live your best life! 🥰 Thanks for the tip about putting the sticky inside the shirt! What is it called and where do you get it from? Thanks for taking the time to show this process. The shirt came out beautiful! Well done! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Blessings to you and your family! 💜😍🙏🏽

Hello I just noticed that your question was not answered . The "sticky" to me looks like the transfer sheet that's on the htv the part that you remove after heat pressing. Or it's just a large section or transfer sheet that's used for adhesive vinyl. But seeing as though it's quite thick I'm going to assume it's the htv transfer. Hope that helps and answers that question for you

Very nice. Looks like mounting that press could serve you a lot better. Great info tho! Thanks!

Very true! but, I've already switched presses. I got a bigger one. That location was temporary.
