I would buy the tickets at the kiosk (as required), unless you length of stay is over 4 days. Then I would recommend buying an OV chip card, and charging it up to meet your travel requirements.

Germán Larcher Hi, it should be around €7.00 round trip. I am not sure about taking a bus, but I would not recommend it because the train is quicker and easier.
